Scam from China
This company appears to be a chinese scam! I had ordered a chandelier beginning November, it was supposed to arrive between beginning December and right before Christmas. It has not arrived until today! I was never able to track anything. I had contacted them a few times before and after Christmas. No response. They contacted me at the beginning of January saying my package is in Rotterdam. A few days later it appeared to be lost, the next day it was found. From their first email I demanded a cancellation and a refund. I set deadlines. In the beginning they said it was not possible, because I was persistent, they kept offering 10%, today they offered 20% for something that is nowhere apparently. Anyway, they were supposed to refund today at 9 am. It was their last chance. They didn't, so I opened the Paypal incident to get my money back and I'm making sure people learn the truth about this fake company and be wise to not waste their money at them.
Also: I paid also 200 euros for a chandelier that now apparently costs 174 euros...
BE SMART, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

UNA VERGÜENZA. Pedí una lámpara de arco el 5 de mayo y tardó meses en llegar. Cuando llegó la pantalla estaba rota y no llegó la estructura metálica. Les he contactado varias veces y solo me dan excusas. Al principio pedí que reemplazaran los piezas pero la estructura no la quieren mandar!!!! Después de 9 MESES esperando la lámpara completa les pides que te devuelvan el dinero y no te contestan! Un timo, NO LO RECOMIENDO!

A House Fire Waiting to Happen
After more than six months of back-and-forth trying to receive the lamp I paid €374 for, I’m genuinely at a loss as to how this company operates.
The first lamp finally arrived after a four-month journey from China — severely damaged. Two months after that, the replacement arrived with the wrong colour lampshade and central pole and was deemed by my qualified electrician as “a house-fire waiting to happen” due to serious safety issues.
Despite repeatedly requesting a full refund, Kwoking’s customer service has only responded with: offers of more spare parts, irrelevant “conversations with suppliers”, and a 5% discount voucher, which is frankly insulting given the circumstances.
At this point, I am actively exploring my EU consumer rights, as no customer should be expected to accept an unsafe electrical product, nor spend half a year chasing a company for the item they paid for.
DO NOT PURCHASE ELECTRICAL ITEMS FROM KWOKING.
Based on my experience, their products and after-sales processes raise serious safety and consumer-protection concerns.
They will likely reply here with the same generic responses they’ve left on other critical reviews, but I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely — particularly for electrical goods.
Update: This company is shameful — they know exactly who I am, despite repeatedly pretending otherwise (when I post these reviews), as I have been corresponding with them for over six months regarding this issue. At this stage, reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection and product safety authorities appears to be the only remaining recourse.
