Frauded, they are bunch of a**holes, who have taken money and are refusing to dispatch the orders, i have to change my address, and they are not giving the choice of either cancelling or changing address, i am moving out of my place, it has already been 20 days since i ordered and yet to be dispatched.

This guys are scamming they are no shipping the order your order will be stuck in process for months no response it a scam they are running on instagram please report the website and file a complain in cyber security

Absolutely terrible experience with Kwabey. I ordered a T-shirt and never received anything. No delivery, no proper tracking, nothing. It honestly feels like a complete scam.

Customer support is useless — either they don’t reply or give copy-paste answers that solve nothing. Once they take your money, they completely ignore you.

I’ve waited way beyond the expected time and still no sign of my order. This is not just bad service, it’s unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Save your money and stay far away from Kwabey. I regret ordering from here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kwabey. It has been almost a month since I placed and fully paid for my order, yet it has still not been dispatched. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication and support.

The contact numbers listed on their website are either invalid or switched off, making it impossible to reach them directly. I’ve also tried contacting them via email and social media DMs, but there has been absolutely no response.

After looking into it further, it appears I’m not the only one facing this issue—many other customers seem to be dealing with similar problems. This raises serious concerns about the reliability and legitimacy of this business.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from Kwabey. Lack of transparency, no customer support, and failure to fulfill orders is completely unacceptable

I placed an order on 24th march but i haven’t received my order till now. It’s still showing processing. There is no response from there side on Instagram or email. They are big fraudsters and cheating people. Don’t waste your money on them.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered it on 23rd March, and still it didn't get shipped, I mailed them many times and call them on their numbers but no response, don't buy from kwabey, clearly! they're doing fraud.

I have ordered 3 tshirt for 999rs on 11th April, it's been 4days still my order hasn't dispatched from their store and I have tried to contact them there is no response or explanation for that. I have read lot of negative reviews about them I think they are scamming, I will never order from this.i also suggest you to not buy from this. If you are ordering then prefer cod only otherwise don't order

Kwabey is a bloody fraudsters. A****** just scam people. I ordered a tshirt on 29/03/2026. It has been 5 days still no updates on my order. And their customer care is useless. You'll get reply from them. This fraudsters should be sued again they should never think about scamming people.

I ordered 3 tshirts 15 days ago and still there is no update regarding the dispatch. So disappointed by their service. Never buy from them, i am going to take a legal action against the company.

It has been two weeks since I ordered three T shirts on Kwabey and I still have not received my order. I was not informed that my order got cancelled, I got to know myself from Delhivery that the seller cancelled it. I want the refund to be initiated as soon as possible for the order ID 1****3.

Worst company to buy products from.
They are bunch of incompetent people running some fraud company. They lure people in the name of discounts and just loot their money. They do fraud against their own customers. People who prepaid for their order are the victims. People who go for cash on delivery option get their products deliver sooner than those who went for prepaid. They don't reply to your emails. Thier customer care no. is not working. Ask anyone...everyone has to say something bad about this company.

Kwabey is a fraud company its almost 3-4 weeks since i made payement and ordered no update yet. Please dont order anyone from them. I am going to raise a complaint against them and post my experience everywhere so that no body else get into their trap.
