I rented accommodation out for my carer to be close to me as I was in hospital she found the accommodation clean quiet and splendid and that's the truth. The only problem we had which wasn't a problem which was resolved very quick was receiving the pin number for the front of the house and the room but that was rectified within minutes of making a phone call.

Kunda house!!! Where do I start ...
Firstly , we paid the apartment in advance, also paid the damage deposit before checking in which we were told it will be refunded in "48 hours" .
After paying the deposit the lady on the phone said all is processed and we will be getting an email along with the check in insurrections . Didn't get that . Tried to call them and we were told they are closed , we called the out of hours number and we were told there's nothing they can do. So had to check a nearest hotel to get some sleep as we drove 2 hours from Birmingham.
This is in the middle of the night and It's snowing the roads were bad.

Phoned them in the morning fumming and they finally gave us check in instructions this is now Saturday and we were suppose to check in Friday , only for them to find our the check in code wasn't working , rang them again this is now call number 3 and it's still snowing the lady took her time to give us and kept saying bare with me. During the call I asked why didn't we get the check in details after paying the deposit as it was still the same lady who took the payment , she denied . We finally got the right code to check and got told we will get the refund of one night as an apology. That also took them 4 working days after a number of calls were made to push them. Worst experience ever!!! Never again

It was okay but there was a rat in the bathroom

Wifi didn't work, power was out for a whole day during our stay and we had to call the emergency line 3 times to get someone to come out and fix it (they took over 2 hours whilst we sat in the cold and dark), when we checked in the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the room from the previous night and we walked into a messy room with human waste in the toilet. Very noisy and despite the description saying quiet hours between 20:00-8:00 and no parties there were actually parties and not a single quiet night during our whole stay. The lady on the emergency line tried her best to help but she can't do much when the management is terrible, we requested a refund and they only offered £40 off a £290 stay which was completely awful. Oven was broken, power not being topped up meant all our freezer food melted or thawed out and because we had to pay them a £150 deposit we couldn't even leave because we couldn't afford to book elsewhere. Honestly the worst short-stay experience i've ever had, please stay away from this place i do not recommend booking with Kunda House at all as they do not care about quality and just care about quick profit, rather than retaining customers and providing the level of quality we paid for.

It's not too bad, problem is refundable £150.00 took 2 to 4 weeks to get back in your account. This is very lengthy period.

Price is somewhat high,
No free early check-in,
But access is easy, address is easy,
Location is good.

Facilities were sufficient to my need. Clean environment too. Great!

I would not stay at this apartment again.
The booking did not reflect the property. Booking stated 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and bathroom, under facilities it stated Sofa, dinning area and dinning table, these were not present. This property did not have a living room. This was extremely disappointing as i was working away.
I was moved 'flats' to one which was cleaner as the first one the towels had makeup on them and also the wifi was not working.
The new 'flat' didnt have a table to eat or work at, the wifi still didnt work. As a wifi engineer i resolved the issue for the host which greatly improved the wifi.
The add states TV but no TV channels are available, i was told Netflix was included, which it was not.
The noise over night from the other apartments was unbearable as the walls were so thin. I eneded up buying earplugs as i was woken multiple times a night from 23:00 - 04:00, which is advertised as 'quiet time.
The front main door for the block of flats was broken and the fire alarm was disabled, photos attached.

I love this place, very organize and clean.

The room was ok, but the whole place was so dirty. Even after I informed the costumer services despite their promises to clean it up, nothing has changed! And there is a roommate who thinks he owns the house so I was not freely using the kitchen and the bathroom downstairs.
I was not feeling comfortable in the place as a woman at all!

Simple and straight forward house rules

They are holding the deposit for more than 10 days. Without following up they will not return

Room is clean, kitchen very functionnal, washing machine free to use, and all of it close to the city centre.

Room didn't have a desk. Didn't respond to phone calls or provide particularly good instructions to access the property.
Shower pressure was week.
Police had cordoned off the street due to a major crime on arrival, so didn't feel overly safe in the area.
Mattress sagged in the middle and was generally uncomfortable.

The apartment was clean and well equipped but front door went broken on a second day and didn't get fixed during the two weeks stay.

Everything was perfect, definitely will be staying there again
