I joined the AR Coaching program in January and it immediately opened up paths for my professional (and personal) transformation. I resonated with the content - and had my challenges, quickly and tactfully addressed by Coach Abdur.
Communication has been impeccable and the feedback constructive.
The topics are all-encompassing and Coach never moved on before he made sure all in the group were absolutely clear around the main concepts. His calm and gentle approach made me comfortable asking for clarifications and feedback.
I strongly recommend the AR Coaching Academy if you are in search of reflecting your soul-searching findings out in the world, really. For me, it has been the confirmation and encouragement of a lifetime. Try it!

I find Andur Rehman very respectful and understanding individual. I had unforeseen circumstances and he was brilliant in every-way. Good communication and showed emotional intelligence and empathy towards me.

Muslim couple and using ‘om’ in their techniques. Fear Allah. I felt sorry for the Doctor that was asking a question- very quickly shut down. Unfortunately I feel wasted money but I’m glad I can show my lord that I left at the sight of any ‘om’. Allah is all praiseworthy. There’s no barakah without Allah.

​As a qualified counsellor looking to integrate coaching skills into my practice, I found this seminar fell short of professional expectations. Furthermore, as an autistic learner, the environment was not inclusive, particularly regarding the background music. I wanted to leave within the first half hour but stayed hoping it would improve; however, I eventually left during the last half hour as I had not learned anything new. Some of the techniques discussed require specialised skills developed through years of training, which should have been made clear in the event. Instead, the session lacked the practical depth required for those already in practice. I would not recommend this to other qualified counsellors at all.

Additionally, we were not asked if our images could be used for social media. Please do not use any images of the first row. You do not have my consent.

His patient kind manner, active listening,empathy enable the mentee to open up and be totally honest to gain an exact picture of the challenges we face in many areas of life.
Working through the online course, in my case,the self care and looking within myself was a huge area of focus.
Abdur guided me through each block and eased the breakdown of all my areas professionally, past traumas, current relationships, and acceptance of growth spiritually.
I learnt a coach cannot solve your problems and issues, but they certainly train you to do so! But the mentee must put the work in themselves to achieve fantastic results.
In my case I am very grateful I came across AR coaching and highly recommend his competent efforts and knowledge.
