I am waqar, I booked my sharing accommodation through booking.com with Kunda House O Grange Bunk
Rooms MEN ONLY

My book was from 3rd June 2024 to 07June 2024

But I left the accommodation Yesterday on 04 June 2024 and picked up my stuffs yesterday on 05 June 2024

The reason why I left the accommodation unfortunately to say it but
The roommate was burping a lot continuously very loud and smelly, he was awake till morning and watching things on phone and making disturbance and was farting a lot as well and really sorry to say these things
And I was contacting the property management continuously and did enough complaints and all night and days and I have proof of complaint chat but she didn’t help me unfortunately,
When was using the room and coming to room and going out from room was like animal , banging the things very loudly and totally destroyed my sleeping , All the people I guessed there in accommodation they was working without NI and didn’t learned any manner that how to use the share accommodation,

SO I LEFT THE PROPERTY 2,3 days before of my check out , because of the smelling continuously burning farting and loud banging things

FIRST I WILL STRONGLY REQUEST MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED WITH COMPENSATION AND
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THE REFUND DEPOSIT NEED TO REFUND QUICKLY

AND ADVISING PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS PROPERTY OR THEY WILL REGRET LIKE ME

Good and comfortable, clean and quiet: nice

Only got 1 code sent to my email and apparently they’d sent another one to my iMessage which I wasn’t aware of, had absolutely no clue. Got to the Airbnb past midnight and couldn’t get in, there was nobody to call and ask so I ended up passing the night at my friend’s couch. Called in the morning around 8am when they say they open, nobody answered. Called multiple times, still no answer but finally got someone to talk to around past noon and it was the girl that’d made the booking for me and I explained the situation to her and she said that wasn’t their problem with No sympathy or human empathy at all whatsoever! Mind you, it rained that night and I was soaked in the rain. There was another couple in the property opposite us who had the same issue. Very terrible customer service. And she told me her name was Nova or whatever she called herself and said I could leave a review if I want. Never booking that Airbnb again!!!!!!

Deducting deposit without explanation. Terrible. Stay away.

Good location for city and area.
Secure. You couldn’t open blinds though as you were open to street for privacy.
All modern and clean and fresh.
No tv remote though so if you were staying more than a night and wanted to stay in, a little disappointing

booked it through booking.com, the pictures are deceiving as it’s not the apartment i booked, when you get to the apartment the passcode doesn’t work, i rang booking.com and i had to pay a deposit of £150 before they would give me the right code, the whole thing took about 20 minutes waiting outside speaking on the phone, i was aline that day, however,if you have kids it might be an issue. when inside the place was clean, no lights in the corridor connecting the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, Internet is really bad and it’s almost impossible getting a 4G signal, no shampoo or soap provided, which is a first for me in a rental accommodation.
all in all, i needed a place to crash for a few few hours as i was travelling on business and it was adequate, however, it’s definitely not a holiday place.

We had to check out a day before the check out date because the internet wasn’t working, I called the hosts attention but nothing was done, the heating system was being regulated, we couldn’t use the TV and the people in the other flat were loud.

Nice decoration. Comfortable beds. Very clean and cosy. Liked the idea for hanging clothes in a small space. Hair and towel dryers with no electricity available were a minor inconvenience. Will be back. My husband really needs an air dryer.

It is good value for the money. Convenience: near supermarket. Restaurant and cafe are nearby. The cooking utilities are well equipped.
The only thing I am not happy is no hot water for shower.

First week we faced problem regards the leaking out of the water from the bathroom, good news now it be solved.
In my room i have problem in the inside locker of the door i told one of the house keeper from the moment i discovered the error in day one i came to kunda house,until now i have the problem.
But my experience in general at the house is very good even i will recommend it to my friends and people around me.

Very bad experience I will tell no one to book this again also booking.com not responding the complaint they didn’t care about there customer

It's rubbish accommodation bad services lier customer services bad beds very bad matter uncomfortable to sleep never again to stay

I got the ensuite private room for two nights. It was spacious and clean and came with a mini fridge. The tv had netflix and other channels for you to watch from. The kitchen also has everything you would need.The cleaners were very friendly and whenever I needed assistants, the lovely workers on the phone were quick to help.

Some if not all of the windows are very old and do not fully close, so it’s cold during the colder days. Some if not all of the internal doors are not fire safety doors, so from this you know fire regulations are not in play, and that’s not the bad parts.
The place is full of insects crawling around, mostly in the kitchen. I stayed in room 3 which is above the kitchen next to the shared bathroom and I spent most of the time killing bugs in both rooms. There are roughly 4 types of insects crewing around the toaster, microwave, newly washed dishes etc.
Also, the parking is very bad.

Apartment entrance in front of rubbish tip and ‘free parking’ is using car park at hotel opposite at owner’s risk. Wholly unsuitable for families. Kunda House says rubbish isn’t their problem so are refusing refund despite us leaving immediately as we couldn’t stay there.

Awful company to deal with. Will not consider a refund despite the entrance to the accommodation being a rubbish tip. They simply say "rubbish is not ours so we can't refund you". Ruined my daughter's birthday weekend. Couldn't stay in the property so had to find somewhere else at the last minute at additional expense.

I've had a wonderful stay with Kunda Group, place was clean, and business meeting went smoothly, planning to book again soon!

The apartment itself is clean and comfortable and very well furnished. But no tea towels and the wi-fi doesn't work. I reported both of these on day 1 but nothing happened. I would prefer a key rather than an entrance code.
I booked for 4 nights and moved out after 2 nights as I didn't feel safe. You have to walk through an unlit alley way, which was full of rubbish ie old mattresses and rubble.

The maintainence was commendable and the housemates were mostly respectable and co operative.

It was very close to arrived the for my English.course.
The kitchen and the bath and my room were very good für me. Thanks a lot
