You know my dealings with this company they are always top when it comes to customer service. They just can’t be beat and their products are always fantastic.

The lock does lock up your bike, however it keeps it locked when you put the right code in which isn’t very helpful.

Ordered and paid for a duplicate key for front brake disc lock confirmation # 1780453393811 and never received the duplicate key. Contacted Kryptonite and was told it would be shipped this week and that was 3 weeks ago. As a motorcycle locksmith for the past 20 years I cut keys and ship on a daily basis but do not have the equipment to cut this particular key and have little call for it.

They are very professional.
They get things done in a timely matter. I will highly recommend

I registered my New York Diamond lock after the 30-day registration period had passed. The lock was originally purchased as a gift, which unfortunately meant I was unable to register it myself within the required timeframe.

After contacting customer support and explaining the situation, they reviewed my case and made an exception so that my registration could be corrected with the proper purchase date.

I really appreciate the helpful and understanding support. The process was handled professionally and quickly, and it has reinforced my confidence in both the product and the company.

Maybe an excellent lock but customer service is up there with the worst customer service over a month to reply and as a result would never purchase their product again

Ordering spare key (uk customer).
There is no uk agent cutting keys under licence from Kryptonite. That means the keys are cut and shipped from US. They take 2-3 weeks and cost £32 (2 keys). Plus all that extra C02.
When mine arrived they didn’t work and you could see the finish was really bad…not properly de-burred or polished. I’ve complained but heard nothing.

Had an older kryptolock 2 chain lock with defective locking mechanism. Contacted customer service and they were very responsive and helpful. My replacement arrived with in 2 weeks. Highly recommend them for their high quality products and customer service.

I used the standard Keeper U-lock for years and was very happy with it. When the locking mechanism broke, they sent me a new lock. Customer service was prompt and polite. I'm very happy withy experience.

I purchased the Kryptonite Evolution 790 Folding Bike Lock 90cm expecting a premium product and reliable customer support, especially at a $150+ price point. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The Click-Tight bracket/cradle failed and would no longer release the lock. The lock became stuck in the mount, and I actually damaged the lock trying to get it out. I opened a support ticket with Kryptonite and spent over a month trying to get help.

Communication was very slow, often taking weeks for responses. After finally acknowledging the issue, they shipped me the wrong replacement part entirely. When I expressed frustration after more than a month without resolution, I was told I would not receive a replacement lock or refund — only another bracket.

To make matters worse, the case was eventually closed without the issue being resolved and I never received the correct replacement bracket.

For a company that advertises a lifetime warranty and premium security products, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The lock itself may be secure, but if the mounting system fails, the product becomes unusable. I cannot recommend this product or Kryptonite support based on my experience.

Kryptonite Kryptolok Long Shackle U-Lock was not fit for purpose. I cycle on tracks and rough ground, this causes the levers in the lock mechanism to become loose. This prevents me from fully insterting the key so I cannot opertate the lock. After a few minutes of manipulation I can operate the lock. Did not try for Warranty as it does work if you have time to mess about.

Kryptonite shipped me a replacement lock when my lock was cut and bike stolen then recovered. The process was relatively easy and the customer service rep, Oleh, was very helpful! I got a new bicycle recently, and I got a Kryptonite lock and ATPO for it as well.
