I was disappointed by the professionalism of those who came to pick up the body, and I believe your website is deceptive about costs. Stating a price that is only half the actual final price is misleading. I understand that there are some extra costs based on my choices for an urn, but 200 dollars for “extra staff” to pick up the body is absurd. As is paying for what is essentially a cardboard box.

This was our first experience needing to use a funeral home. Lucky for us we had a great experience. I had to do everything from 500 miles away and everyone I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They let me know when we were getting to the next step in the process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally.

After talking to my mom about how nice everyone is here, she was glad we were able to use them. Her experiences with the funeral home in our hometown is not this way. So thankful for Kramer Family Funeral.

Make sure you have your loved ones Social Secuity numbers for the death certificate. You only have a few days for the death certificate to be filed and if you don't know the # they have to file without it. Then you have to pay nearly $300. to have it added if you need added for legal purposes. Huge bummer. Something you need talk about with your family to avoid this later. It wasn't Kramers fault, just a very unfortunate situation for us.
