This is my first time cremating My pet experience so I was effy about it but I took a leap of trust and it was the right choice they answered the phone as many times you call I think I called like 4 times between 20 minutes and they answered every time and they walk you on every step I would gladly recommend this Cremation place to any loved one I did my registration online and my payment online they are safe to trust.

From the first phone call, they were very friendly and helpful. Everything went seamlessly. Thanks so much for making this difficult time as easy as possible!

Every part of the process was easy. The drop off after hours was so easy and fast. It removed stress from a difficult day. The cremation was fast and I had my pet back within a few days. All around great service.

Best place to have gone to take our babies to. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the prices are beyond reasonable and they are so respectful and compassionate. If the horrible time ever came again I’d come here first.

Kramer made a difficult time much easier and were very pleasant.

Communication was great throughout the whole process. They sent text updates through each step. Made the hardest time in our families life a little easier.

It was somewhat confusing at first because we were contacted by Legacy Cremation and Family First Funeral at the same time we were communicating with Kramer. Dealing with Kramer Cremations was very straightforward and they made it very easy to make arrangements.

I would highly recommend Kramer Cremation. The people I spoke to on the phone were always kind and helpful, but a lot of it was done online through their forms. I went for the least expensive service, and there were a few needed add-ons that added to the price, but it was still less expensive than their competitors.

Honestly, not the best experience. I only took my pet here because it was closer to me. They make you go through the process of placing your own pet in a cooler until they can get to pet to cremate. As someone grieving a pet, we shouldn't do this on our own. Felt like they had no empathy and only wanted money. Would not go here again, if I ever need to cremate another pet.

Friends Pet Cremation/Kramer made this horrible event so seemless and peaceful for our precious little dog.
The price was affordable and they were very professional! I have other pets and this is where I will bring them to cremate! I would definitely recommend them 10 out of 10!
