With the loss of family the people at Kramer were above and beyond wonderful and very affordable. Always were able to answer any questions at an time of day. Kept communication thru it all. Very appreciated!! Thank you to all staff that helped during this.

This was the best experience I have had with a cremation company. I have had 4 family deaths (father, two grandparents and mother) in the past year and dealt with different companies for each and Kramer has been the best so far. Their pricing was straight-forward (no hidden fees), the customer service was top-tier, they understood my situation and did everything they could to help.

The lady I dealt with her name was Alyssa and she went above and beyond for me and actually cared about my situation. She worked with me to get everything accomplished quickly and I am very grateful. She mentioned many things other companies I dealt with earlier this year did not.

Kramer staff did a great job with communication and understanding how I felt about my love one. They were clear and honest and respectful throughout the process.

At this difficult time, Kramer made the process simple and bearable. At all points in the process they were respectful and understanding.

My mom recently passed away. Her wishes were to be cremated, and to keep things simple and uncomplicated. In other words, fast and no fuss. Kramer Cremation helped us do just that. It was easy to do online. And, although I did not choose the phone communication service, they kept me updated every day or so with texts. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We have used Kramer Mortuary & Cremation Center before for a neice who died during the Covid pandemic. Kramer's personnel were so caring, professional and helpful that everything went very smoothly during that difficult time. This time, when my sister passed, we knew exactly whom to call for fast, caring, professional service. Also, Kramer's prices, at a time when cremation services are an unexpected, but necessary expense, are extraordinarily reasonable. We have recommended Kramer's services to others, and do so again, with full confidence.
