Received my Army bomb
Received my Army bomb, all arrived fine, no damages, it works perfectly, I love it. Now I just have to wait patiently to see them and use my new bomb 😊

I loved my merchandise
I loved my merchandise. They kept me notified to when it was coming. They also let me know that it was going to take a little while based on my location as well as the restrictions due to COVID. All my emails and questions were answered. I will definitely get from them again!

Took awhile for items to get here, but I'm happy with my merchandise.
Took awhile for items to get here, but I was kept up to date with emails and I was able to track my package. I know the items were coming from far so the wait was to be expected. Great customer service as well.

Disappointed
The wait was long and my RJ's are not official BT21. So I was disappointed with them. The cards are nice and I like them. I will have to find official RJ's for my collection.

Really good customer service!
I've received great customer service so far, but my items have been stuck in transit for about a month :/ without updates, so I'm not sure if something went wrong.
I've still got to wait for them, and hopefully, everything will be alright!
Items are well priced though :)

Latest BTS purchase
I ordered, I paid easily. Goods arrived in reasonable time - I’m in Australia 🇦🇺 so nothing is fast to come here - and the products are as described. They’re a September birthday gift so I can’t describe the reaction from my Jimin-adoring daughter yet.
