Please read this very carefully. This site will cost you money. I've ordered from this site to give as a gift to my wife on the 12th January and it is now 12th March and I haven't received the package.

When I tried following up via email through this site, a girl named Ashley responded that they will give me a full refund if the item doesnt arrive after 30 days.

After this email, I followed up as I haven't received the item and would just like a refund. This is when they stopped replying to my emails. I've contacted them through their 'Contact Us' and via the email they replied with me in the first instance - Nothing.

I hope whoever tries to read this doesn't order anything from this site. I'm very disappointed with the level of service I did get and also the one I didn't get.

I have all the comms in my email to let everyone know that this is the truth. I do hope no one else gets conned by this site.

i love bts alot and i was extremely sad when a member died in bts and i didn't know who so i was really sad so i checked to see and i now regret it i'm just ok that there okay.

i was very disappointed when i received my order and 1 item is missing, I ordered 2 and only 1 arrived. its been 2 weeks that I'm making follow up for the refund of the missing item and until now, no action yet.

My daughter and I have not any trouble with our deliveries. We understand with packages from Korea, it may take longer to get to the USA. If there was an issue in the past the customer service team helped us out promptly and kindly. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

The packages arrived with no identification to distinguish it as a BTS monthly subscription. There could have been a special envelope or box...etc. otherwise, we weren’t sure if the BTS items were shipped from Amazon or via mail from a friend or relative. Also, it was guaranteed worth more than $20 with of merch, however, it was past concert tour items that if were worth more than $20, it was completely overpriced.
We cancelled our membership after 4 shipments.

Product took too long to get here. However when emailed I received a quick response and tracking was a bit helpful as well. This is a gift for my niece for Christmas.

Finally got my item! It took like 2 months!!! They said it was because of COVID, just be aware everyone shipping times seem to take longer.

I ordered 3 items that shipped fairly quickly but need better shipping service. I still have not received merchandise almost a month ruined my Christmas.

Customer service is amazing. Shipping was slow in the beginning but it has gotten much better now, love this place

Shipping is taking a while. I finally received 1 or my 2 items ordered. I’m from the states so I get it might take a while. I really like the sweater I ordered, but the quality of the fabric is not the best for what you pay for. I will still most likely still order from here. Service is good, they get back to you pretty fast.

It’s a good club to join and website to buy BTS items from. Only thing is that the shipping takes awhile to receive. I’m still waiting on my first initial testers club army box and I just now paid for my second month when it’s been over a month since I paid initially. Everything else is good.

Purchase arrived nicely packed. Happy with my purchase.

The dynamite shirt I ordered was made very poorly in general with very poor material and the letters were pressed on. The shipping time wasn’t long. The shirt wasn’t the one shown on the website
