Kozenix Omdömen 

Ok, firstly, I bought this electric beard shaver in March 2025, and was very impressed. It holds its charge well, the vacuum to keep clipped hair all in one place does what its supposed to do, and shaving/clipping results were perfectly acceptable.
In September this year 2026, the smaller of the two sizes of the clipper heads that came with the product (product code 9899) snapped at its narrowest point, so I contacted Kozenix, who asked me for pictures. when I provided these, they told me they did not produce spare parts, and it was now no longer under warrantee, so were unable to help, also accusing me of misusing the product, causing it to break, which was definitely not the case.
This leaves me without a usable shaver.
I would not consider buying any product of theirs again, as their policy of not being able to supply spare parts is wasteful, and ultimately very costly, not only to the consumer, but to the planet too.

Bought a gimbal from this company. I did my research on gimbals (top 10 gimbals ect) and it led me to Kozenix. The gimbal worked fine for a couple of months and my devices can't connect to the gimbal. Emailed customer support who were responsive but didn't offer and refund. It seems they buy cheap products and mark up the price. Definitely avoid.

4. Si consiglia di dichiarare un valore doganale inferiore a quello effettivo per evitare di incorrere in tasse elevate. Le spese di sdoganamento e le tasse saranno a suo carico e verranno detratte dal rimborso;

5. Non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità in caso di smarrimento del pacco durante il trasporto o di restituzione per altri motivi (come il fermo doganale);

Restituire gli articoli è complicato e svantaggioso per entrambe le parti. Potremmo offrirle un rimborso del 5% sul suo ordine? Speriamo che possa tenere l'articolo e non richiedere un altro reso. Restiamo in attesa di una sua risposta.

PESSIMI, DA EVITARE!

My Kozenix breast pump stopped working properly after only around 8 months of normal use. I provided a video of the fault and confirmed my milk supply was fine by testing with another pump.

Kozenix told me the issue may be with the collection cup/latch and offered to sell me a replacement for £25 or a new pump for £54. I asked if the replacement part could be provided free of charge given the pump was only 8 months old, but my emails have now been ignored twice.

I would have been happy to resolve this reasonably, but the lack of customer service has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better from a product I’d only had for 8 months.

Ho acquistato una action cam pagata €149 sul loro sito. Praticamente è la stessa identica che si può comprare su ebay a circa €70. Stesso prodotto, identico anche nella confezione. Ovviamente prodotto cinese...

Prodotto di scarsissima qualità (nel mio caso, action cam), ma non c’è modo di restituirlo perché sono veri truffatori.
Personalmente procederò con reclamo tramite avvocato, perché essere truffata non mi piace proprio.

Molto deluso soldi buttati, taglia capelli una cineasta di plastica non comprate . Non mi azzardo a rimandare indietro sarebbe inutile

Robot lavavetri non funzionante contattato l’assistenza per il reso mi dicono di inviare un video dal quale non si sa come vedono che è agganciato male il panno alle testine. Chiedo maggiori spiegazioni che non mi vengono date. Chiedo ancora il reso ma sto ancora aspettando risposta.
NON ACQUISTATE NULLA!

Devo recensire il tiralatte indossabile, da subito ho notato che perde latte se non sto ferma immobile seduta (quindi tanto vale avere un tiralatte che si può indossare) poi, inserendo il motore si apre il contenitore in plastica... Infine dopo neanche un mese di utilizzo uno dei 2 motori è inutilizzabile... Sembra che va ma quando poi si inserisce il capezzolo non tira...pessimo pessimo prodotto, e il prezzo è altissimo per il prodotto scadente che è... Tremendo davvero!!

NON DATEGLI UN CENTESIMO , FREGATURA ASSICURATA !!!! SE POTEVO METTEVO ZERO STELLE.
Trapano avvitatore scarso, le punte creano un cerchio, non fa il trapano e nemmeno il battente. Le punte in dotazione sono di latta, i giri di rotazione e tutto il resto non è quello dichiarato. La batteria non e' come nella foto da 6 ah ma da 2ah, il carica batteria pesa meno di una chiavetta usb, la durata della batteria è da giocattolino, in sintesi è una truffa, è tutto falso. VANNO FERMATI.Rispondono alle mail firmandosi Jojo finchè non chiedi il rimborso poi spariscono.
COMFERMO ESATTAMENTE COME IL MALCAPITATO AMICO CHE......Tramite un sito civetta, spacciandosi per una azienda islandese, promuove, anche su Amazon, la vendita di un rasoio elettrico, che sarebbe il migliore tra i dieci più performanti in commercio.
In realtà si tratta di un prodotto basico, molto ordinario, realizzato in Cina, venduto senza fatturazione e garanzia. Qualora l’acquirente volesse restituirlo, sempre che i tempi di consegna siano compatibili con la politica di resa aziendale, i costi sarebbero superiori a quello d’acquisto, sicché si tratta di una vendita online ingannevole che non risponde a quanto reclamizzato.

Pessima esperienza con Kozenix
ho acquistato un trapano avvitatore che recensivano come prodotto professionale , in E' un GIOCATTOLO, un trapano hobbistico vale molto di più, batteria difettosa e con pochissima durata, mandrino che si piega appena si applica un minimo di forza, veramente SCADENTE.
Ho Contattato assistenza e non ne vogliono sapere del reso, a differenza di cosa scrivono nella loro politica resi.
In sostanza una ditta con prodotti MOLTO SCADENTI e PESSIMO senza servizio assistenza clienti, meglio stare alla larga da loro.

I bought an electric shaver, which looked great when my husband took it out of the box, however it doesn't work! Not a single bit of hair gathered inside, simply doesn't work,absolutely not fit for purpose! Cheap crap!! I was sucked into false reviews on their website and wished I'd read trust pilot first! Complete and utter waste of money, and the aftersales are shocking, offering 5%refund because it was out of the 14 day return policy...what an insult! Also I apparently had it as a half price offer of £79.99, but since seen them for £50, so again was fooled into thinking it was a good deal! The only thing I take from this experience is I'll never get conned again!! So take it from me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Unfortunately I replied to a sponsored advertisement from Hong Kong, stating it was the top shaver of 2025 The shaver arrived safely but its cheap Chinese tat. When I tried to return it they made it impossible to complete. Offered me a 15% bribe to keep it! Do not use this company or buy from their website. Cheap rubbish. Avoid! This is a genuine review.

Ho effettuato un ordine mai arrivato ho scritto tantissime volte all assistenza ma non ho ricevuto il supporto adeguato e non mi è stato mai restituito il denaro. Sono dei ladri!

Do Not use this company. I purchased a Leaf Blower from them after reading a review which gave it 10 out of 10. When I received it the switch was faulty and I sent all the details they asked for. I have asked for my money back and all they keep offering is a replacement Leaf Blower which I don't want.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Do not buy. Malfunctioned within a week. Will not give refund

I whole heartedly agree with the other 1 star reviews on here, Kozenix is a company that misrepresents what it actually is - a Chinese/Hong Kong based company selling regular products at vastly inflated prices.

How do they do this? By creating fake articles and reviews online to convince mugs like me that their leaf blower was the best on the market, the article even suggested that the leaf blower was manufactured in Iceland 😄.

When you come to ordering they use the Groupon approach of suggesting that stock is dropping quickly and you need to order quickly before they sell out, I can’t believe I fell for it - Just sold to Dave in Leeds” 😄

I realised my mistake in ordering their product 5 minutes after placing it but even though I sent them an immediate cancellation of the order they informed me that it had already shipped.

The returns process have been covered by other users on here, it’s a joke.

Overall I would recommend that everyone stays well clear of Kozenix, go on eBay and buy a £40 leaf blower instead
