Koveproperties Omdömen

I saw one of Dan’s videos on instagram and i had recently come into some money so the timing was perfect. Everything was simplified and on the phone which was ideal for me being so busy. I was helped and guided with the strategy and I have now just completed on a serviced accommodation property in Sunderland. Looking forward to the refurbishment.

Thanks very much to Dan for his professionalism, friendly demeanour and attention to detail in helping us with our property enquiries. Really great service which took the stress out of the whole process for us.

Kove offer a fully comprehensive service with support and guidance throughout. I would happily recommend their service.

They are happy to answer questions and help you as much as they can.

Great team. 😃

I was restricted and then blocked by Dan Duffield of Kove Properties on Instagram. Why? Because I pointed out his misleading statement on his post, that banks only give 1% interest.

As Martin Lewis of MoneySavingExpert.com has said, you can put money in the bank and it will outgrow the rate of inflation. Some banks offer over 7% a year. Dan was therefore wrong to misrepresent this fact and mislead his followers.

I sent a direct message, asking why my comments were not being shown under the post. I said that I'd have to take more formal action and Dan responded to this by blocking me. How unprofessional.

Further, Dan did not reveal that he had restricted my profile, so no one except me and him would actually see my comments on his posts. Instagram kindly pointed that out to me.

It's a shame that we have these characters operating in the property space; be very careful, take note of all the five star reviews from people who've never written a review before and do your homework before buying through Kove.

Spot on service and very helpful team. Just finished my 2nd property and look forward to working with them again.

Top service - thank you!

The whole team at Kove have been very accommodating.
We had a couple of issues with the vendor but Kove were quick to act and resolve.
Completed now - went slightly over but that’s not their fault.
Looking forward to working with the company in the future.

I’ve been investing with Dan and Jez since 2022 and for what they do it’s well worth the money. Dan’s architectural knowledge definitely helped as the team spotted some defects that otherwise would have been missed. I’ve currently got two properties let out, haven’t had any problems and the whole buying process was smooth. Definitely would recommend to anyone

I was very impressed with Kove, a hands free solution which takes away the stresses and complications of investing.. Great process and lots of information. We bought a holiday let and it has been doing just as projected. Highly recommended.

Nothing but great things to say about the team at Kove. Dan was amazing and the process was smooth. Can't imagine trying to do it all ourselves while having an actual day job too. Thank guys. On to the next one!!

Really disappointed with the service. They only seem to care about their large sourcing fee. If you go directly to a local estate agent, you can buy the same property without paying several thousand pounds to this outfit.

Has supported me from sourcing a property up until the completion date. Always answered my queries and remedied any blockers with solicitors, etc. Looking forward to working with them.

Great experience! Very professional and knowledgeable people. Great communication too!
These guys are bringing a positive change in property industry.

These guys are highly professional, really ethical and Cove are just generally a great company. I've worked with them as investor and had a great experience and really benefited from their expertise. I would 100% recommend

A fabulous team to work with! Highly recommend them presented a very strong investment with a proven track record. Here's to continued success

I’ve dealt with Jeremy multiple times previously and both him and his company as a whole have been great. I’ve purchased multiple deals through them and have always had a good experience. Would recommend 👍🏼

I have been working closely with Kove as they help me to invest in the northeast and I can't rate them highly enough. My property has been live for just over a month and is already generating me a healthy income. They have been friendly and professional throughout.

It's been a great experience dealing with the team from KOVE Properties. From start to finish, they were there to find me a property(s), assists me in everyway to completion. We communicated via WhatsApp almost on a daily basis to ensure that all my needs were met. Thank you KOVE properties !

Awesome service, very helpful, excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to get into property investment. As a first time investor they guide you through the process seamlessly. Thank you 🙏🏼

They have taken property investing into the future. Everything has been done from my phone which requires trust from both parties which was easily obtained. Extremely helpful through each stage and will be using them again when I remortgage my property.

Really responsive and helped me through the process! A lot of trust is required so it was good to feel so supported by such a great team. Thanks Jez and the rest of the Kove Team!
