The order system was really easy and when the glass turned up the pictures on the website don't do the glasses justice, when they turned up they look amazing

Order my glasses and the craftsman ship was nice. But i did nir exoect the glasses to be that small and after adding ice, it did not contain much whisky. The main concern it felt small in the hand and i found my finger grip was not comfortable. I wrote a nice email but no response. I was interested in the decanter but worried about the size. I also found the extra 20% discount sent to me did not apply. Sent an email to query size, but no reply again. So no sale. This is why i gave a low rating.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Kori Whiskey.

I placed my order on August 4, 2026, well in advance because it was intended as a birthday gift. The parcel was supposed to arrive before August 20. It never did.

According to iMile tracking, the parcel was allegedly “successfully delivered” on August 14, with the recipient simply listed as “family.” However, neither I nor any member of my family received this parcel.

I contacted Kori Whiskey and explained the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for an order that I paid for but never received, I was repeatedly redirected to the courier and expected to investigate the missing parcel myself.

This is completely unacceptable to me. I am Kori Whiskey’s customer. I paid Kori Whiskey for the goods and delivery. I did not choose or hire iMile. Problems with the delivery company selected by the seller should not become the customer’s responsibility.

I have now spent a significant amount of time writing emails and trying to resolve a problem I did not cause. And after all of this, I still have no order and no refund.

What disappoints me most is the complete lack of a reasonable customer-oriented solution. A simple replacement or refund could have resolved this situation.

I have now also submitted a complaint to the German Verbraucherzentrale regarding this case.

Based on my personal experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Kori Whiskey. Taking payment is easy; what matters is how a company treats its customers when something goes wrong.

I will update this review if Kori Whiskey finally resolves the situation and refunds my money or replaces the missing order.

Shipping took a very long time. 2 glasses arrived in wood boxes, the third glass arrived in a damaged cardboard box. Glass are nice, but not worth the price.

Misleading product advertising
The website advertised “Whiskey Glasses” and “Experience Japanese Style Glassmaking,” with photos showing a large, substantial-looking glass. What I received was extremely small, lightweight, and looked nothing like the product presentation. The shipment also came from China, which was not what the Japanese-style marketing led me to expect. I contacted the company requesting a return and refund. Buyers should check the actual dimensions, material, return address, and return-shipping cost before ordering.

Bought 3 sets of glasses as gifts. When I received my sets of glasses, I found them to be poorly made. Definitely not made by hand nor in Japan. Seams in the glasses which shows they are made by machine. The wooden boxes that they came in were also of poor quality. Not worth the money at all. Additionally, when I requested a refund, they asked me to ship them back to China, only for the entire box to be sent back to me 3 months later because this company was not going to pay the customs charges. The kicker is that it costs me $150 to ship these glasses back insured so that I would never fully get my money back! This company is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!
