I emailed the company within 24 hours…
I emailed the company within 24 hours like it states on their website that cancel my order. However instead of doing so they have ignored my email request and have shipped the order out instead. I still want this order cancelled as I no longer want the item due to inauthenticity queries

Company advertised fast worldwide delivery and UK Based. Items are shipped from China and took a month to arrive. Will be returning due to all the comments being deleted on their social platforms about slow delivery and also inauthentic products

Products are not authentic
It’s the second time I’m writing a review.
They are deleting all the reviews.
I bought £70 fake products, it took 18 day’s delivery. One of the product i bought was the sunscreen from Beauty of Joseon and I can compare it with the one I had and I bought it from a Korean shop totally different products, the one that I ordered the package you can tell it’s bad printing and different cream colour and it dries like water.

(Updated) Long delivery time and unresponsive customer care (unless you leave a 1 star review on Trustpilot)
Updating my previous review as products have just arrived (although it took almost a month, so longer than expected/stated on their website).
As to customer care, I sent an email on 28 June as my tracking info was not working/updating and only got a response after until I put a 1-star review here. I would expect from a serious company to be on top of their orders and responsive especially as to delivery issues/tracking without the need to publicly “expose” them on TP.

I feel that the products on this website are not real. however the reviews on the website say otherwise but I don’t know if the reviews are fake aswell.
