I paid more than I expected to pay given the calculations they provide on their website, it's more expensive than other pages because they have service fee and shop fee, they take a lot of time to buy the items so I could not buy all I wanted. However, the service was very reactive and shipping was really fast. Due to the shipping priority the cost is expensive too, they do not offer shipping options.
I would use this service again because they give us the oportunity to buy all korean items we want.

they are good but they take a long time to respond. 2 weeks ago i sent a message asking for updates on a item i bought and they never responded. but i was also curious 5 days ago about the process of pre ordering something and they never reply. even if its not the most important question ever, i am still curious and very new to this website. other than that, the forwarding prices are cheap and good. i still need a response though but pretty good.

The first 3rd party shipping agency I used for Korea purchases. Reliable communication and they were always happy to adjust when I configured my order. Super fast shipping! Would recommend!!

Koreabuyingagent is great. I spent weeks looking for something that was completely out of stock in the US, but was able to find it on a Korean site and had no idea how to purchase from it. Upon further research, I stumbled upon this site and they were an amazing help. Super fast customer support chat response time (not sure what that bad review is talking about), updates on every step of the process, and relatively cheap for how good of a service they provide. Can highly recommend this service! Will be coming back again if I ever need their services :).

Very good buying agent if you want to buy from Korea. Shipping takes about 1 month to Australia by airfreight FedEx. Definitely recommend and will buy Korean products through them again.

Great service! The responses are a bit delayed but they helped me well, the answers are very kind and helpful. The websites are very convenient as you can give a detailed overview of your order. I ordered limited editions items and they secured the order very fast, thank you so much. The delivery was so fast within 3 days only. I cannot understand the good reviews. My experience with Kora Buying Agent is not good at all. I purchased goods worth well above $1200 and after 9 weeks they havent even shipped the goods. Their customer service is super slow, every time it takes >5 days to get an answer to a question. I wonder if I will ever get my goods or if I sank the $1200, but in any case it was a frustrating experience. Will never use them again for sure.

I’ve used Korea Buying Agent and KoreanAdd (their sister company) many times already. KBA is a service where they order products for you after you provide them with links to what you want and KoreanAdd is where you are given a Korean address and you can order products yourself and have it shipped there. The best part is they will combine BOTH orders for you if needed. Both are useful in different ways depending on who I am buying from.

It’s super easy to use and they are very friendly/helpful! I’ve searched online and have used many other forwarders but I find this company to have the BEST rates and be the most convenient. I was iffy about them at first but trust me, they are very reliable!

OK i didnt know what to expect, and im not just writing this to write this, i want people to know how good they were to me!!! they made me feel like i was the only customer. if i asked a question, it would be answered within the 5 mins at any hour of the day. upfront and honest and showed me every single proof of purchase and receipt and tracking shfghjdfdgd. i would for sure order with them again, you know i got my stuff insanely fast too?? i hope more people can trust them, the service quality was just toooooooo good LOL

Auf der Suche nach einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Korea bin ich über diese Webseite gestolpert. Das Verfahren ist super einfach. Man erstellt eine Liste mit Links zu den gewünschten Artikeln, deren Preis, Größe und die gewünschte Anzahl (man kann auch ein Bild hochladen zur Sicherheit). Die Jungs und Mädels vor Ort prüfen die Artikel und errechnen dann den Preis (Artikel Preis plus Gebühr). Dieser ist dann vorab (über ein SEAP Konto in Belgien) zu begleichen. Mir war nie klar wie die Beträge dieses Kontos auf die einzelnen Kunden zugewiesen werden, da kein Verwendungszweck genannt wurde. Im Endeffekt muss man einen Überweisungsnachweis per Mail schicken oder über die Webseite hochladen und die sortieren das dann auseinander. Vergisst man das, dauert es noch länger und man wird nach ein paar Tagen daran erinnert. Der Dienst ist nicht gerade günstig (10% Servicefee auf die Summer der bestellten Artikel), 3 US$ pro Shop und dazu kommen noch Versand per Fedex Express (2 Pakete ca. 80 US$) aber er funktioniert einfach hervorragend! Der Service ist immer freundlich und antwortet prompt. Nur die Spanne zwischen Geld senden und einkaufen war ein wenig lang, das kann aber durchaus am vom mir rausgesuchtem Händler liegen. Bei diesem war alles ein wenig speziell, aber bei koreabuyingagent war alles Super!
