Ordered a small swimming cap

Ordered a small swimming cap. Paid 8 dollars for the delivery.they said the packge went out at 3.2 and after the war begain it got stuck due to iran dispute which was a month later. And after two weeks it was returned and they ask for 33 dollars more to resend it. Do not use this service they just scam you out of money. I hope it will go down 😇

Used couple times but the shipping…

I’ve used Delivered Korea a few times to buy stuff from Bunjang, and it was fine at first. But recently I bought something for about $80, and now they want $150 just for shipping—and that’s their cheapest option. I literally bought the same item from Ebay from Korea for $180 total..

Kinda wish I could return it, but not sure if that’s even possible. I’d avoid using Delivered Korea unless you’re okay with crazy shipping prices.

Puedes hacer todo online

Es super recomendada si no te gusta tanto los casilleros que toca escribir para pedir ya que tienen una página donde puedes pedir con unos clics todo. No necesitas pagar membresía mensual.
Seria bueno agregar un espacio al final cuando pides la consolidación para dejar comentarios de empacaque.

Delayed Shipping Fixed Instantly 🙌

Not a reliable service anymore

Iv'e been using the site for a couple years, and have never had any problems. This recent order however drastically changed that. Using their "We Buy" feature, it took 4 days for them to update and give a quote to pay. It has now been 8 days since paying, and it still hasn't been ordered. No response from anyone at the company, no notices in company delays, nothing. I didn't want to believe the decline in service, but they truly don't provide the same great service they used to.

Putting shipments on HOLD for days for no reason and slow response times

Everything seemed to work well and go smoothly on my first shipment but my 2nd and 3rd shipments is when the problems started. After you pay them to ship it out, a couple days later they put your shipment on HOLD and you have no idea why and nobody tells you why. There is no way to reach them because nobody replies to the chat system (just a bot) and the phone service works sometimes but the person in charge of my shipment apparently or mysteriously is not available lol. Do these people even work? Either only 2 people are running this entire business or they don't actually work during their working hours because it takes forever to get a response, sometimes never.

I don't get it. They seem to be a good service when it works, but when they don't reply anymore or help you, that's when it all goes to hell. If they would just improve their customer service and communication availability, this service would be good, but with all these delays and nobody communicating or answering my questions and no way to reach anyone despite them having a chatbot (just regurgitates scripted answers to give you the run around), a phone number that doesn't always work during working hours seems like they are on lunch break forever or something.

UPDATE: look at the response from them. Their whole answer is just a copy and pasted response! The email they said you can contact them no longer even works since August 2025 when you try to email them it bounces back telling you this. So that should show you how problematic their system is.

Another problem is if you ship something to your suite, you can't return it or ship it back within Korea! SMH. So we can ship from Korea to this Korean warehouse but once in the warehouse you can't ship it back within Korea? So you can't return orders/items back. You are forced to ship it internationally or just request to dispose of it taking 100% loss losing all money. How do you not support the option to simply ship something back within Korea using local post? smh.
Maybe I just caught them in a bad month because in the past I remember they were fine. Services were fine.

But these last 2 shipments were cancelled or I cancelled it due to enormously long delays and lack of communication. At this point I have no choice but to give them a 1 star rating.

DK was referred to me by oomfs in X

DK was referred to me by oomfs in X, thanks to DK I can finally purchase direct orders from Korean Shops or Market with minimal proxy fees. Although the website can be confusing after you place the order, they have multiple options of courier that fits right under my budget. They are also active in social media so you will see the products people mostly orders. I am just glad I can purchase my ORV manhwa from KR store because of DK. I can't thank you enough really! Also, the we buy option, they respond fast, based on my experience they reply withon 48 hours. So far this is the most reliable source for my korean merch hunt

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Trying to charge me $350 postage to UK for $200 worth of clothing. Refuse to refund items nor consolidate them. Use other platforms I was trailing a few and these are by far the worst I have ever used. Scammers.

Worst service

No response, never replied to emails or the customer service center.
I placed two orders from Global Bunjiang, and after 12 days they are still in domestic shipping status (they never arrived at the warehouse)(seller shipped the items in 3 days)
Should have read the reviews before placing the order.

Best to avoid them

Best to avoid them, they have zero services, nobody response chat and no email. So when issues come, u can only wait n wait n wait..
All of them are basically dead

Great so far!

I only had a little hic-up with my first order but everything after that has been great, the customer service is fairly quick and they do have great deals often.

It's by far the proxy I use the most for korean orders.
