This is my first experience owning a lightsaber. Working in finance, I naturally have a very analytical mindset, which led me to conduct a two-month research project comparing more than 75 different brands and sellers. I evaluated every aspect I could measure; price, quality, customer service, included accessories, reputation, carrying case, core quality (whether or not it featured a kyber crystal), and much more. I watched hundreds of unboxing and review videos, and read thousands of customer opinions.

For objective criteria; for example, whether a model included interchangeable pommels, I assigned a point. For subjective aspects such as the quality of customer service I applied a rating on a five-point scale. Eventually, I developed a formula that allowed me to mathematically determine which brand truly stood out as the best in the market. When I realized that Korbanth ranked #1, I must admit I hesitated at first, since its slightly higher price compared to other brands. This is because price/quality was an imposing factor on the formula. However, throughout the entire purchasing process and upon receiving the saber, I can say without hesitation that Korbanth is, indeed, the best lightsaber brand available. The premium cost quickly proved justified by the unparalleled experience, and I am convinced that settling for a cheaper option would have been a mistake in both quality and satisfaction.

Randy, the owner of Korbanth, personally oversaw my order, as I suspect he does with all customers, and ensured my needs were fully met at every stage of the process. He responded to emails almost instantly, even at odd hours, and his answers were always detailed, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. It is rare in today’s marketplace to encounter such a level of personal commitment from the owner of a company, and that alone sets Korbanth apart. His professionalism not only reassured me of my purchase but also elevated the entire buying experience into something memorable and enjoyable.

As for the saber itself, there is little I can add that hasn’t already been stated by countless other satisfied customers. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations by light-years. There are so many light saber businesses out in the world today that I have researched finding the right one for me. I look at reviews prices, but people have to say about it the company.. I will even reach out if I have an interest to that business with questions to see how fast I get responses and if they answer my questions. Korbanth, met all of my expectations when purchasing the light saber that I want and not only that but the technology installed into each Lightsaber is the newest development in each Lightsaber.

I have ordered several sabers from Korbanth. The first saber I ordered had several issues. However, Randy was very quick to respond to rectify my issue. He repaired my first saber, however it broke again. Randy was quick to respond and send me a whole new product. I understand this was out of his control, but he handled it very well. Both sabers I ordered were in top working order. I highly recommend Korbanth based purely on the customer service. This industry is saturated in companies that have poor customer service. Randy was always in close contact with me and was very quick to respond. I appreciate his help and time.

I recently purchased the Luke Hero VeeOne Saber from Korbanth and the experience can only be described in one word: Outstanding.

Firstly, the Saber itself - a fantastic device whose superb build quality is second to none. Optimum artisan craftmanship, the best materials, incredibly authentic to the version in the movie and an awesome crystal chamber that is simply a feast for the eyes - plus perfectly programmed lighting effects. To sum up: A paramount product that leaves nothing to be desired and really provides a perfect immersion into the Star Wars Universe.

But that's not all - because this company is truly focused on the wishes and complete satisfaction of the customer. Answers are given at what feels like the speed of light and the owner Randy is simply an absolutely nice person.

May the force always be with the guys from Korbanth. From my point of view, I can give them an unreserved recommendation.

Product is solidly built and realistic. The electronics package, varying selections and blade colors are a great feature. Two things I would suggest;

1) Provide instructions on volume control and how to cycle through the different sounds, blade colors and what they represent. Would be a good supplement to include in the box.

2) Consider a more solid way to mount the blade into the base. The three set screws are extremely small. Although they hold the blade in place, you can feel a little slip in the blade when you lightly swing the saber, even after going back and making sure that each set screws was equally clocked.

They worked with me to make sure that my order was right even though there were some issues beyond anyone's control.
