Customer Support is beyond outstanding. Randy and his team held my order until my return from vacation to ensure I would be home when package arrived. Packing is professional and product very well protected. Sabers are fantastic. I have 3 Korbanth Sabers now. I own 4 Sabers. Once I found Korbanth, they became my go to Saber company.

Fantastic product. Even better customer service, one of my lightsabers arrived with some issues and Randy has been very graciously working through every option of finding a solution to getting the lightsaber fixed and/or offering other solutions. Definitely top of the lightsaber community.

The quality of every single hilt Korbanth makes is really hard to find anywhere, at leaat at that price! I've seen hilts far more expensive not being as good. And they are really a pleasure to deal with, too!

Korbanth, as ever, is responsive and helpful. I bought the 'empty' version of the Darth Plagueis saber-staff, and they were kind enough to point me towards someone who can install an electronics core for it.

The staff itself looks and feels good, though I can see some points of improvement are possible for a Version 2. Hopefully Korbanth will be able to produce such a new version in the future.

Ordered the master Orgus din saber . Got the saber in fast unfortunately the shroud got knocked loose during transit, so I reached out to Randy and the team and they fixed it fast and got the hilt back out to me to enjoy. I have nothing but great things to say about Korbanth and will definitely be doing more business with them going forward

Excellent quality. Korbanth kept me apprised of the order progress and it arrived packaged very well in a timely manner.

The product shipped SUPER quick, and when I sent it back in for repairs they fixed it for free.

On top of that, it's the only Exar Kun lightsaber on the market that is actually accurate to the length of his lightsaber.

Lightsaber was well crafted, but had some issues with the electronics. Seller was responsive to my concerns and helped resolve the problem.

Literally perfect. The Saber came installed in less then 2 weeks which is crazy for where I live. Saber is lovely and super accurate.

Korbanth is top tier. Immediate responses when checking in. Happy to assist and set you on your way. Got a nostalgia tickling Vee Three for my 1st and loved it so much, I had to snag a Fallen Master for posterity. Totally blown away by how balanced and comfortable they both feel. Since I am on a roll, I've got the Shin Saber on the way and I'm pretty stoked! Surely I'll stop at 3. That is, of course, until I have proper space. Thanks Korbanth!

I love the saber. Works great. The only issue I had was it was louver piece that slides in above the electronics was loose.
