Between the build quality, communication, and shipping speed, Korbanth has earned my trust. I’ve tried other saber companies before, but this one stands out for consistency and accuracy.

The smooth swing and sound quality on this saber are excellent. Everything feels well installed and responsive. It feels like a true collector’s piece rather than a toy.

I’m based outside the US and was worried about shipping, but everything arrived safely and faster than expected. Communication was solid and the saber arrived exactly as described.

The Desert Wanderer is perfectly screen accurate. I found myself rewatching the Kenobi series and liked it a lot more the second time around. There's so many sound fonts, as well. I love Star Wars and even I can't pick out all of them. The blade lights up magnificently.

This was my first ever lightsaber purchase and I'm very happy with it. The sound fonts, blade brightness, and overall feel exceeded my expectations. Customer service also helped me choose the right model.

I bought a saber as a gift and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The packaging was secure and the product looked even better in person. My son was blown away definitely worth it.

Still haven't received package. Order status continues to say "label created".

1. It wasn't delivered until February 10th, not the 6th.
2. The reason I left that review was because I received an invitation from Korbanth to review my product (that I hadn't received).
3. You only reached out to me after I left the bad review only because you wanted me to change my rating.
There should more transparency when ordering if you know your factory is going to be closed for two weeks. I placed my order Dec 28th. I didn't receive it until February 10th. That's not acceptable. You reach out to me asking me if I wanted a refund, when I never once requested a refund. I just wanted the item I ordered. I ordered from 3 other places around the same time I ordered from Korbanth and received all of them well before yours. The one company that did have a delay sent me an email giving me a heads up, not waiting until only after I left a bad rating.
I'll be nice and change my waiting to a 2 star, but I don't appreciate how you handled the situation and asked me multiple times to change my rating without even offering anything to try to make the situation better like even expedited shipping. The saber is nice, but I won't order again, and only writing all this because I didn't appreciate your response nor how you handled this.

I had to reajust the hilt a bit but everything else was good like in orders before

This was my first purchase from Korbanth and I’m honestly impressed. The saber arrived well packaged, feels solid, and looks extremely screen accurate. I had a quick question before ordering and got a response within a day. Great first experience.

I ordered the Cal Kestis Crossguard lightsaber from them and when it arrived I can say I was most impressed the level of quality and detail that go into are amazing. Shipping was quick and arrived quickly and well taken care of, only set back was my saber didn’t come with the battery charger but emailing the customer support they already sent me a replacement and I couldn't be happier.

Korbath is, by far, the best example of customer service and care. Really, Randy makes Korbanth worthwhile alone. But Korbanth saber hilts are superior quality as well. Randy reached out to me before shipping my hilt and asked which episode I was going with so he could install the grips if I preferred. The ESB version grips needed to be modified a little. Randy explained the process in great detail and if I preferred not to have the grips installed, him and the support team will be there to help.
Taking care of problems is Korbath's number one priority. When I had a discrepancy, Randy and the support team took care of it right away with no cost to me. That's what a top notch company is all about, Customer Care and Service.

I ordered the VeeOne for its useful connection feature for the activation box. However, I ordered the empty to design my own removable chassis and thus the features enabling the connection were not included. Upon reaching out to Korbanth, they were happy to sell me the missing pieces. It has been an excellent experience with them and I plan to purchase another hilt in future!

This was my first time purchasing from Korbanth. I did so because of the reputation of excellence of the company. The hilt overall is exceptional & the shipping time was great. Unfortunately there are a couple issues with the hilt. There is a section in the middle of the hilt above the grip that is clocked wrong. Also the emitter bowl of the hilt has a lot of dark blemishes on it. I think these were easily seen & should have been corrected before the hilt was sent out. I did email the company & received a message very quickly but was told that nothing could be done. I have purchased many hilts from many companies & although not all are perfect but there are some that I have never had problems with. Because customers put out a lot of money for hilts I’m not sure if I would purchase again from Korbanth.

Product shipping was quick there was no hassle. The customer service, albeit not professional, was extremely quick and solved issues with little to no problems. I would recommend this company for their ability to take care of their customers if they have any problems with their lightsaber.
