Always kept me informed. Considerate, pleasant technicians, who went the extra mile. Energetic yet methodical, in clearly knowing their subject.
The whole experience was remarkably smooth and successful.

Very good communication with the company regarding arrangements for the works , which were carried out quickly by the team with little disruption. Workmen were helpful in moving furniture, lifting carpets etc. and generally in making good within their limits as plumbers rather than decorators the minor damage that the works inevitably caused. All in all, having the work done was much less stressful than we had anticipated.

A little more explanation of the controls might have been helpful.

Ash worked brilliantly with us and often spent time checking we were ok with the progress and preparations we had to make. It’s an invasive but necessary job to replace radiators and put in new piping but the results are amazing. The house is always warm and it’s also easy to boost the temperature if needed. It certainly has reduced the anxiety level as we were having to use a lot of lpg before.

Ashleigh was very responsive all through the process, from when we started getting early quotes through to installation. He answered all of our questions promptly, and was open to design suggestions. Our heatpump and hot water system is running very well so far, with an average COP rating close to 5 even with old radiator piping still in place. Soon be the winter months, when we hope to really see the system work well.
