I did receive items.However they are substandard quality amd little more than a strip of material bearing no resemblance to size ordered.
Seven requests for return information completely ignored.
Avoid ordering from this awful company

I placed an order on the 5th March, the money left my account on the 6th March and since then I've heard nothing. There has been no response to my emails on either of the addresses shown or to comments written on their web page. Neither has it been possible to phone them since no number is shown

Do not order from this company.
Total waste of money.
Waited over a month for order, total lies about product, no support incorrect sizing. Every thing they promise is a lie.

I have still not received an order that I placed in February. Nor have I had any response to countless emails regarding non-receipt.

What a disgrace. I placed and paid for an order on the 4th March this year. I had a reply email with an order number and my parcel would be delivered by Royal Mail. I am still waiting. I have e mailed the company 5 times and not received any acknowledgement.

I did not pay through PayPal as it didn’t give this option BUT I have now gone through my bank and reported a fraudulent transaction. They have contacted the companies bank for a refund… I live in hope.

Complete scam.
Placed order and waited 10 days and still hadn't been shipped. Contacted them to ask for update. No response. A week later I contacted again asking to cancel the order if the items are not in stock.
No response but a week later I saw my order number was no longer showing. Saw no refund in my bank. Waited another week and nothing. Contacted again asking when I can expect the refund. Still waiting.
Will dispute with bank as this website is not legit.

Compete scam. Looks nothing like on the website, not fit to wear. Customer service does not respond.

Zero stars would be better for this company. Order took nearly a month to arrive, the bra was not as advertised and not fit for purpose (only the bin). Came with no paperwork for returns and no answer from customer services. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I based my purchase on the star rating and reviews from their website but from now on trustpilot will be the only reviews I’ll trust.

Disgusting i've be waiting for my order I ordered some bra's on the 14th February and still hasn't came and now we are in March i've email them requesting a estimated delivery date still no reply back try to get onto the website and it doesn't work anymore vary angry at them don't you will get your money back I think it's a scam 😡 Youtube shouldn't advertise for them!!!

Absolute scam, do not fall for this, complete waste of your hard earned money, I got the jelly bras and they are not like the pictures, absolute rubbish and not fit for purpose, not as advertised at all, the waiste is too big and cup size too small, straps are thin and even on the longest setting they are too small, I have contacted for a return and refund multiple times and no reply at all, I'm sure I should be reporting them to trading standards, I hope people read these awful reviews and does not lose their money on this crap product, one star is too generous

I ordered my bras on the 13/2 26. On that day I received an email saying they had accepted my order. On the 16/2/26 payment was taken from my bank. Since the email of the 13th I have heard nothing. I now find all positive reviews on their site was rubbish. I have emailed the company. But complete waste of my time. So goodbye money. Disgusting. They say delivery I'm 5 working days. Maybe they meant 5 months

Scam company. Shocking. Took weeks to receive. No communication for returns. Quality is absolutely awful. Unfinished seams. DO NOT BUY

This is a disgraceful company! Criminals! They incorrectly display their trustpilot score as 4.8 when it's actually 1 (I'm convinced it would be zero if possible) and as of that basis I stupidly placed an order. I just didn't think any company would be that brazen! They report on their phoney website you can cancel your order if cancelled before shipment...they do not! I've been requesting to cancel for four days! Do not buy! Fake and criminal! I wish youtube would remove...I will report them!

I have now received their excuse for quality goods! I'm amazed they have the nerve to send them! Ultra thin man-made fabric with very thin removable pads that had the worse odour I have ever smelt! Only fit for the bin I'm afraid.

I contacted my bank who did a check on the bank account used by this company...neither in the UK or in China! Traced to a company in Brazil who lists itself as providing office supplies! From this my bank concluded this is a dishonest/scam company and refunded my money.

I tried to order but my bank blocked the payment, the fraud team said the company is in Brazil, and would not allow me to make the payment as it was a scam

I wish I had come here to read the reviews before hand, I feel like a fool for ordering, THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY! Total rubbish, had to wait weeks for delivery from “china” when it did arrive I found the bra to be almost comical, wast of time and money, only fit for the bin, emailed 6 times so far and no one ever responds. Shameful stealing peoples money!!

Terrible fit and quality- no reply from the customer service have emailed 6 times. Please don’t use them it’s a con.
