It's been 2 weeks since I ordered an outfit. Guess what, they buy it from Temu and sell it as their own. Still waiting to receive, then it's going right back. To where?

I would give them a negative star if possible. Awfully cheap quality unlike website pictures. Did not respond to me for a refund despite numerous attempts. $$$ down the drain. Lesson learned to read trustpilot reviews first. Buyers beware!

I'm just echoing what everyone else has already said. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. The dress looks nothing like the photos. The fabric feels like the paper garments they give you at the doctor's office. It was going to cost $60 to return the dress to China so I'm stuck with it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing 4 dresses. Horrible fabric, horrible quality. Nothing like the photos. Donating all directly to goodwill. Maybe someone can get some use out of these dresses. They are terrible.

I purchased three items for $157.00. The fabric quality and fit were awful. It took weeks to receive an RA#. What the website does not tell you is Comfort Fit Boutique has one distribution center in China. The return shipping cost with DHL was $152.00. So....you really cannot return the items since shipping will be equal to or more than your purchase.

Cheap knock-off clothing. Material was paper thin and wrinkled beyond recognition. Nothing like the photos online or on IG ads. Arrived with no info from the company. I had to look at my bank statement to figure out what company this was from in order to return. Don't waste your money.

Cheap clothing. This company shows images of high-quality garments, then sends you cheap, bad synthetic knock-offs. If there had been an option below one star, I would have chosen that. I couldn't even get a refund because the policy says you have to request a refund within 30 days of purchase, and it took over 50 days to receive the cheap, poorly made products. SCAM!!!!

Do not buy these products. The quality is horrible. Outfits look nothing like the advertised photos and the return process is incredibly slow and difficult.

SCAM!! First of all, this is very cheap fabric and design. Worse than Walmart. I ordered an XL as I am a size 12 and that was the size they recommended. The pants were huge and the top was about right, except when I wrapped it around my side showed. Plus you'd have to tie it in the back which is not my look.
I asked for a return. Even before they would consider, I had to send pictures of myself in the outfit. What??? It was for quality control she said. Reluctantly I did that. No problem, I could return it at my expense to CHINA 😯 If I didn't want to do that, they would return 15% of the sales price to me. Seriously!! Fir sure scamming their customers. When will I ever learn not to trust these companies!!

Clown company

Comfort Fit Boutique misrepresents their clothing on their website. It is cheaply made and looks like a printed Halloween costume vs. the pictures they use to market the clothing. There is no place to leave reviews on their site, so I am leaving something here in hopes news spreads to warn buyers. The 30 day money back guarantee is real, but you are responsible for paying shipping back to China (which is the bulk of your refund) or you can elect to keep the garment and a 15% refund, which in my case was $10 lol. Don’t waste your money!

Terrible. I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible quality, not at all as pictured and now I only get back 15%. I’m taking this experience as a lesson learned.

ComfrtFit has terrible quality, poor materials (a dress that was listed as cotton was 100% polyester), and unfinished seams. I bought three dresses, all of which were nothing like advertised. High quality and handmade? That's a joke. I requested a paid return voucher and they offered a 15% discount. I kept complaining and they offered a 25% discount. I am opening an investigation with my credit card company as well to get my money back.

If I could do zero stars I would. They have an impossible return policy. This company is NOT located in the U.S. - its in China. They require that you send returns within 30 days - but it takes "several weeks" to process the return. You have to pay to ship the items back to china and they won't guarantee a refund. Such BS. Just wasted $100 on a scammer clothing shop.

The clothes I got were very poor quality and the color and fabric did not match the website. It says Linen blend and its a fabric that feels like cheap bed sheets.
I wanted to return all for refund as they say Money back guarantee, but they give yo a random warehouse in China to mail it to at your own expense, finally with a lot of back and forth they gave me a 35% discount to keep the clothes.

I placed an order in late March, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my package still says mainland China. I ordered 12 days before Easter thinking that I would get my order in time to wear. I could not imagine it would still be sitting in China over two weeks after I paid. I cannot cancel the order. Their support service appears to be automated because it sends me the same message with a link to no where that is supposed to track my items. So frustrating.

Order took forever to arrive, they ignore all emails - unable to return. Item - terrible. Total scam - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I HAVE PURCHASED ITEM, IMMEDIATELY KNEW IT WAS NOT SUITABLE ( TBH IT WAS RUBBISH0)NOW I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE TO ARRANGE A RETURN - SO MUCH FOR THE MONEY BACK PROMISE!!!!

We purchased a pair of boots and they shipped a totally different pair. Do not fit and not what I would ever wear. Asked to get what I ordered and they said that I can keep what I got and get 10% off or 40% off next order. Why the hell would I ordered again from this company that is obviously a scam and just trying to get rid of their ugly low quality crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMISES FOR EASY RETURNS.

Do not buy from this website. Ordered placed in October. Emails sent no response.
