Had a couple of guys from Kollect today removing sofa's. Brilliant service and the guys were so helpful and efficient.

Fast in delivery of a skip, no charge for an 1 or 2 extra days.

I wish to recommend highly the waste removal service of kolect. Deco came on the time slot. He was very efficient and quick. Deco was a bit too loaded so he drove off and then returned to take the rest of the waste booked. Great service, Deco!
I got a lot of help carrying stuff out.
I am really satisfied with the service and will used it again.

Following a bad experience in 2020 I had left a review. Recently Erica from Kollect contacted me by email and told that even though time had passed she really wanted to put things right. She offered to give me a complimentary service as a good will gesture. They followed through on this. I am impressed that Kollect are willing to make amends after so much time.

Couldn't be happier with the service. It is definitely pricey however Simon and Corey were so pleasant to deal with and were absolute gents and nothing was too much trouble. My elderly mother was there to let them in to the building and she was in a good mood for the rest of the day after spending an hour with them. Will definitely be using the service again!

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Simon and Corey called to collect 2 couches and they were very pleasant and professional to deal with very nice guys. I would definitely recommend these guys for any removals would definitely use them again.

Great service. Competitive prices. I went for the Skip bag which was perfect size for clearing a section of my garden. Very convenient. Bag is delivered and you can just contact them when you're ready. I got a call to say they were in the area so that was perfect.
Would definitely recommend the bag skip for smaller jobs. It fits a surprisingly amount.

Very happy with the service I would definitely use it again and recommend it thank you.

Had to get rid of old sofa, got booking for next day and collection in scheduled slot, phone call before pickup, everything top quality service, worth dealing with this company!

*Edited to add: when I actually managed to get hold of the driver he explained there were some issues today and arranged a follow up time, which in fairness they adhered to. The drivers were very helpful and professional. I've increased my rating on this basis.*

I'm a returning customer but I've had such poor service that I certainly won't be using this company again. I specifically pre-booked a timeslot when booking, however this was not communicated to the driver. It's almost 2 hours after the agreed upon time. No communication. The tracking app is useless as it's said the driver is 10 minutes away, for 3 hours already. The call centre cannot communicate with the drivers and the drivers don't answer calls. They very cleverly take a deposit when booking, and if you cancel you lose your deposit, according to the website.

Johnny and co collected two couches from my house and couldn't have been happier. Friendly, efficient and bang on time! Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again!
