Kollect Omdömen 

Unfortunately a very simple process was made extremely stressful. Ordered and paid for a skip on Tuesday 27th May for delivery on Thursday 29th May (2 day hire). Skip arrived and the driver refused to drop it in the lane at the back of my house and said he would return with a smaller truck. That afternoon same sized truck DAF LF 12 tonner turned up and the same issue occurred. I rang Kollect and spoke to the person I booked the skip with to be reassured he would arrange a van to collect the shed wasted next morning between 09:00 and 11:30. Nothing came and I spent the day ring the office for no one to return a call. At 18:30 I was informed the van wasn't coming and they would be with me next morning at 09:00. at 09:45. I received a call from the van driver that he was on his way but would ring me back if there was more waste that he would expect (what volume he was expecting I haven't a clue) and there would be additional charge. He rang back 20 minutes later to inform me there would be an additional charge. After a very frustrating phone which I asked them to leave the waste and I would request a refunded, the waste was loaded onto their van. A photograph was take of the quarter full load.
From start to first a really poor service and I would advise anyone to avoid the Kollect service.

My second time using Kollect…. Deco & team collected from Broadale, Douglas… spoke with Shauna on phone to arrange, who was so so helpful & friendly, giving good advice… Deco & team very efficient, arranged a time with me before hand & again very helpful while doing the removal…

Excellent service, other providers offering 3-4 weeks before collection, Kollect was within 2 days and cheaper.

On time, excellent and efficient service. Guys done a great job 👍.

I live abroad and needed some broken furniture collected from my Dublin home - I found Kollect online and from the first call from Jerome the process was easy. They were helpful, always available for my many queries and three days later the item has been collected for what I think is a very reasonable amount.

Reliable and efficient

This was our second time using Kollect and again the service was prompt and efficient. Good value and great communication. We will definitely be using Kollect.ie again.

Really disappointed. Used Kollect years ago to remove a trampoline and it was a great service. This time wanted to get rid of two old sofas . My collection date was postponed late in the evening 3 times and I eventually cancelled. Expecting my deposit back in the next few days. Van driver said they had breakdowns and also had a driver out sick. It's not the drivers fault but obviously Kollects infrastructure can't support business needs. Won't be using you guys again

The service is horrendous I still have skip bags in my garden after paying for them up front. I received 3 texts from them looking for a review saying they'd collected my skip bags. Customer care is non existent. Do not use this company as they are totally unreliable

ordered 2 skips , was assured I would get them on the day , 1 arrived a day late , skip was from one of there so called suppliers, the other never arrived, and I had to go and book 2 more skips from a supplier miles away , so cost extra 200 each , and 2 days labour

Very happy with recent collection

Really appalling customer service. I booked a skip bag collection on April 24th, paid in full and received an email saying it is a busy period and skips would be collected between 2-3 days time. Over two weeks on, and I still have a skip bag waiting to be picked up on my driveway. I have called numerous times and been given assurances that the bag should have been collected/will be collected, but approaching three weeks on, I am still looking at a skip bag on my front driveway. I've received texts stating "next day collection" and no collection occurs. To add insult to injury, I received further texts after each supposed collection day purporting to be from the company CEO asking to give feedback on the company's "recent job". My feedback (negative) is not even acknowledged or followed up with.
Now I have to wait until after a bank holiday weekend to take time out of work to call AGAIN to follow up. This time I'll be requesting a full refund.
Absolutely terrible service and I'm so disappointed in Kollect.

Totally professional from first enquiry to pick-up of skip bag. A clear website, pleasant & efficient person who dealt with my enquiry, immediate text acknowledgement and very prompt pick-up of filled skip bag. A very good service.

My driver rang me 20 mins. in advance, which is always useful, and the job was completed in minutes. Removal is instant and the service is cheaper than any of my local providers.

I had a bad experience previously. A lady named Valerie rang me and was so apologetic and wanted to sort the issue out immediacy. She was amazing. She offered me a skip bag and dropped it at my door and. Collected it to. She didn't have to go to the extent she went. I would totally recommend them. Thanks

Absolutely shocking service. My skip bag has been sitting outside for over two weeks, despite multiple phone calls and repeated promises of collection. Every time, I was given a date — and every time, no one showed up.

I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently, they're too overwhelmed with complaints to bother calling customers back — at least, that’s what a rude employee named Jordan arrogantly told us. He clearly thought his attitude would intimidate me.

The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unreal. If this is how you treat paying customers, it's no wonder you're drowning in complaints. Avoid this company at all costs — unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and talked down to.

Ordered skip online for next day delivery, skip did not arrive the next day. I called the Kollect office an was assured that the skip would arrive. Well three days and five phone calls later the skip still has not arrived. If your planning a job and need a skip at a certain time Do Not hire a skip with this company, they have no regard for anyone's time and are completely incompetent. They could'nt manage to deposit a skip in my driveway, I can only hope they can deposit my 239 euro refund into my bank account. My suggestion would be to use a local skip hire company, because Kollect are totally unreliable. Also all these 5 star ratings seem a bit suspect now after my nightmare experience.
