Koalendar Omdömen 

I am a consultant and working with educators to conduct classroom observations. I signed up for Koalendar and was having some difficulty setting up my calendar so that educators can select their observation date. I had received an email from Matthew and we began to engage as he was very willing to help me troubleshoot. I was very impressed by the level of support and guidance he provided. Everything integrated well with my Google calendar and I have had educators booking their observations! I am so thankful for the time of patience that Matthew invested in ensuring that this tool was a resource to my business.

I used koalendar to schedule appointments in advance of a fair. Program is easy to use, has a clear interface, and you can easily send the link in an email to invitees.

I use Koalendar to let my university students schedule time with me, and it has made managing appointments significantly easier. My schedule changes constantly, so I needed something that could work with my Google Calendar in real time without creating a bunch of additional administrative work.

The interface is clean, easy to use, and the booking experience has been seamless for both me and my students. What really impressed me, though, was the customer support. I reached out with a fairly specific issue about keeping my Google Calendar from becoming cluttered while still allowing Koalendar to accurately determine my availability.

Matthew responded quickly, took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and came up with a creative workaround using a separate Google Calendar for availability. I tried it, and it worked perfectly. My calendar is now much cleaner and more streamlined while Koalendar continues to function exactly the way I need it to.

It’s refreshing to use a product where the team is this responsive and actually works with you to solve a problem rather than just sending a generic support response. Great product, great experience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We use it for reservations on the website of our Holistic pulsing (wellness) practice. With the add-ons, we now offer the extra oil-back-massage and/or the Hopi ear candling. The time needed is added and the price is calculated. It is mentioned in the confirmation and reminder mails. Koalendar puzzles out what is left of the day to propose timeblocks out of what is left.

Koalender is an amazing scheduling service. I hopped onto their free plan some time back and quickly upgraded, as I was incredibly happy with the service/software.

I have an energy work business and this allows my clients to book 24/7, with easy and quick ways to block off time, process payments and sync to Google. The customer support is phenomenal, with quick turn around times. They’re open to input from users, which is so nice to know. They even added add on services, which has greatly boosted my sales.

If you’re on the fence about Koalendar, I’d highly recommend you give it a try, I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it!

Great Tool, Nice Features, Top Experience

We use Koalandar to manage bookings for the amenities in our apartment complex. We had a problem with setting up a booking…. It’s not very often we can say we received real service from a real human that was really efficient and helpful. Thank you to Matthew who was patient and persistent in helping us solve the issue..

Koalendar has been great for helping me schedule discovery calls with my clients. I'm a photographer, and from time to time I put out offers that generate a lot of replies all at once. In those times, I need to schedule follow up calls with lots of people, and It's great that they can just view my availability and pick the time that works for them. It also helps prequalify leads...if they're not interested enough to pick a time on the calendar, I know they're not a fit for what I'm looking for!

Nothing to complain about. Koalendar does exactly what it should. It's super convenient, very easy to set up, and reliable. We've been using it for scheduling and it makes everything simple and smooth. Highly recommended!

Genuinely useful and simple tool. The paid tier is very customisable and great value. The free tier is also perfectly usable for those starting out. Far better than other apps Ive tried.

Ease of use, password protection, percentage busy option, confirmation approval option.

I am loving the ease of Koalender so far. I have never used a system as my business is just new and starting out. I put off buying a system for a long time. It felt overwhelming and a big investment. It was easy to set up and I love how the appts go into my google calendar and also schedule to zoom meetings at the same time. I am really surprised at how easy it is to use and so glad I found Koalender. The only thing I wish it did was give an option of E-transfer from bank to bank!
