Koalendar Omdömen 

As a very small nonprofit, Koalendar is the perfect scheduling app for me. It allows me to create different types of sessions, turn them on and off as needed and is very easy for my clients to use.

I love the responsiveness to suggestions and the very personal feel when I have questions about the app itself.

Strongly recommend for those on a budget who need to maintain a professional look and feel.

I’m part of the Counseling Department at a large public high school. Over the past few years, we’ve tried several booking programs. After two years with Koalendar, we can honestly say it’s made the biggest difference in how efficiently we work and how well we communicate with students and families.

We use Koalendar to set up:

Individual appointments for different lengths of time and reasons

Classroom sessions

Scholarship sessions

Quick check-ins with students

Each counselor sets up their own schedule, and we copy the booking setup for the whole team. Every booking has its own set of questions. For example, a student making a scheduling appointment will answer questions about graduation plans. If a parent books a phone call, they’ll give a quick summary of why they’re calling, like scheduling, personal, or emergency reasons. This helps the counselor know what to expect before the meeting.

One small thing our students really enjoy is getting Koala stickers after they schedule a time with their counselor. Now, we’re starting to see these stickers on water bottles and lunch boxes. Our mascot isn’t a koala, so it’s fun to spot the stickers around campus.

A big benefit for our team is that we can see each other’s calendars. If a counselor is out or helping a student in crisis, someone else can cover their appointments.

I really enjoyed using koalendar at my tradeshow last week. I was able to set my booth hours each day and offer 15 and 30 minute meetings with me. I put my QR code in my email signature, out of office, and had it printed out at our booth. Every seller commented how nice it was to be able to schedule face to face contact with purchasing. It was a hit. Easy to use, allowed myself and the vendors to easily ‘add to calendar’. I will absolutely use this again.

I’ve just spent a considerable amount of time setting up Koalendar, only to discover that many of the features I’d configured are only available on a paid subscription once the 7-day trial expires. At no point was it made clear that I was using premium features, so I had no idea that the setup I’d spent all that time on wouldn’t be available for free.

The monthly subscription is also more expensive than I’d expected for what it offers. Had the limitations of the free plan been made clear from the outset, I wouldn’t have wasted my time setting everything up. Very frustrating. I’d recommend looking at alternatives before committing to Koalendar.

Very user-friendly. Provides most options you need. But, I did get a cautionary note saying some of the features I have chosen make it 'payable' and hence it is a trial version that I have now, which will disappear after a week. This comes as a surprise because the service showed up on a list of free apps. Morever, it tells me after the options are all selected rather than indicate which option(s) is payable etc. while still in the process.

We use Koalendar to manage appointments at our jewellery showroom, including consultations for engagement rings and wedding bands.

I recently contacted support because our booking notifications had started arriving in English instead of Polish. Matthew Stevens handled my enquiry and was quick to respond, providing clear and helpful answers. The team resolved the issue, and Matthew followed up to make sure everything was working properly again.

I really appreciated his attention and commitment to solving the problem. Our notifications are now back in Polish, and I’m very happy with the support we received. Thank you, Matthew, for your help!

Niedawno skontaktowałam się z obsługą, ponieważ potwierdzenia rezerwacji zaczęły przychodzić po angielsku zamiast po polsku. Koalendar has made scheduling Parent-Teacher Conferences for 17 different teachers at my elementary school a breeze. It allows for great variety of settings on each teacher's online booking page, it saves your work from year to year so you don't have to re-create each teacher's online booking page, and it sends reminders to the parents' emails as often as you'd like. Can't thank Koalendar enough for the time and energy it has saved busy teachers!

So far I absolutely love this service! It's so easy to use and super customizable. Plus, their marketing emails are actually not annoying.
