Kids loved it being outdoors burning energy and playing on the grounds den buildings the girls loved it friendly and helpful staff also

My 3 children go to koala club every holiday… They absolutely love it… always come home telling stories of what they have done each time they attend… They are ages 5,7 and 10

Online it said children would be doing Easter egg hunts, crafts, baking, outdoor activities etc none of the sort was done, literally for the 3 sessions my daughter attended (as she did not want to attend the rest) all she did was colour in all day, being a very active 12 year old, this was so under stimulating for her, on the last day she got so overwhelmed by it they had to phone me to come pick her up and I never took her back, I thought maybe it would get better but it just didn’t, the staff were very friendly apart from one incident where another child stole my daughters snacks and left my daughter with nothing for the rest of the day and didn’t do anything about it, but that aside she really seemed to like them, I won’t be taking my child here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend any else to bring there’s here either

We were fortunate to hear about this club but not previous years , and my boys have enjoyed it so much they kept asking when they were going! They loved how they were able to take part in swimming the most but enjoyed the sports and loved bringing home there made crafts and art each session! Its is a brilliant club for those who worry about child care when still needing to go to work or just needing a break , cant thank the staff enough they have made the holidays well worth and fun for the kids!

My foster Daughter 9yrs has been to kola club for nearly 1 1/2 yrs and she has loved every session she has been to.
Lots of different activities on offer indoor and outdoor.

I enrolled both of my children in the Koala Holiday Club, and they had a fantastic time. They especially loved the swimming sessions, outdoor activities, indoor games, and soft play. There was always something fun and engaging for them to do. The club offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My Grandson attends there every holiday absolutely loves it, I think it's great that they can go swimming every day and do lots of activities, easy to drop off and pick up and the staff are great . Looking forward to the Easter holidays .

Amazing value plus the children get to swim, my foster daughter loves going, likes the staff and aways has a fab time.

I Worked for them over Christmas everything was fine until pay day.

It's been nearly 2 weeks since I was supposed to be paid they haven't paid me despite emailing them asking about My pay I have since been ignored and I know this because I've got people to email them and they have replied to them but ignored me but I am taking further action to now ensure I get my money which is disgusting really.

As a young person and someone who is already low on money feel like I've been scammed it took me ages to travel to the venue and cost me loads of money everyday and it's disgusting really that they won't pay me after being promised in the contract.
Stay far away don't work for them loads of reviews saying they haven't been paid either disgusting that they're allowed to get away with this as long as they have.

Loved working with the children it was great and we had a great time.

However the work environment there is literally no time to take a break ever. The facilities too small not suitable for children tbh. Management is awful

These people refused to give refund for October 2025 holidays. They said I should send email which has been ignored. Followed up and they still ignored. The neil mail address doesn't respond. Don't ever expect customer service from them. They don't respond. I'd you don't have need customer service help, then it may be good. I probably will take this in with my bank.

Update: so I emailed the email address they shared here, and no response at all. They say I cancelled, yet I did not... They refused to offer my daughter the service! This is a holiday club, what peak period are they talking about now that there's no holiday?
I suppose I will take it with my bank and complain there. So frustrating that there's completely no customer support. Had to take me writing this review to get their attention. If you know you will need customer support in any way, don't book them. All they do is take the cash and no care at all after. Or pray after you book, you would not need them.

I would not recommend Koala Club Towcester. Several of the sessions over summer camp I booked were cancelled, and despite repeated attempts, I never received a refund. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling numerous times, but all have been ignored. Very poor service and a complete lack of communication.

If I could give 0 star I really would.

I paid for my son to attend this club and wish I didnt bother. Upon arrival for his first day, it was immediately apparent that none of the staff were aware of my sons additional needs or the support he would require — despite this being clearly communicated when I registered him. I personally reiterated this information to staff upon drop-off. However, despite this, no assistance was given when he needed it before or after his swimming session. It was only by chance that his aunt, who was present at the time, stepped in to help him. This incident also raised a safeguarding concern, as staff were unaware of her relationship to him or who she was in general meaning an unknown adult was effectively allowed to assist my child without verification or permission.

Despite our concerns, we decided to give the club another opportunity in the hope that the situation would improve. Once again, I reminded staff of my son's specific needs and emphasized that he should not be pressured into activities he was uncomfortable with.

Unfortunately, further issues arose. On the second day, an employee escorting children to the soft play area failed to ensure the group stayed together. Rather than waiting at the bottom of the stairs for the children to catch up, the staff member walked ahead, which is deeply concerning given the proximity of the exit. This posed a serious safety risk, as a child could easily have left the premises unnoticed. I reported this incident to the woman managing registration, who assured me it would be addressed.

Finally, I was informed that my sons water bottle had remained empty from lunchtime until I collected him at 4 p.m. Despite him asking multiple times for water, he was repeatedly told to wait, and his bottle was never refilled. The lack of basic care was unacceptable.
I removed my child from the camp after two days, contacted the man Neil who was running the Erith and Sidcup club we agreed on a refund baring the 2 days my son attended however since then I have NOT received a refund and am now continuing to be ignored by Neil

I emailed the club on numerous occasions regarding my booking and never got a reply. I wanted to ask about activities to ensure my child would be safe. The lack of response concerned me and made me worry more about leaving my child. Unfortunately I had to look further alternative childcare.

My son has attended 2 days a week through the summer holidays he has global developmental delay and suspected autistic regardless of him struggling to behave appropriately the team at leek was fantastic with him woukd highly recommend Zoe and her team

My children attended the Summer Club, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

My children reported that the lead staff member was openly saying “I am having a bad day” several times in front of the children. This is very unprofessional.

The children reported that they were often shouted at and told to be quiet in the hall, which made the environment unpleasant. It was clear based on the feedback that the young recruited staff were not happy to be there, which created a negative atmosphere.

One particularly upsetting incident involved my daughter stepping in dog poo on the club’s grounds. Instead of offering support, a staff member told her to “go away, you stink” and left her to clean the mess off her trainers herself while other children laughed. When it was raised with the lead the following day, the staff member denied it happened.

Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend Koalas.

My 3 kids went to the leek scout hut koala club during the 6 weeks holidays and loved every minute, every day was a different activity even with brough park leisure centre being closed they still managed to entertain the staff are lovely and always accommodating the kids had nothing but fun and a lifesaver thank you!! Recommended brilliant club !!

Booked session - venue was closed - no prior notification. Tried multiple times to get a response from the director. My calls and complaint have been ignored. Would strongly advise against them.

Today was the first time my 2 little boys attended this club I was very apprehensive about taking them as they have attended pervious clubs and hated (none of these were koala klubs)it however on arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming they answered all my concerns professionally. When asking about dinner the man explained they got a free pack up on the haf scheme but not snack and was fine with me leaving them while I went and got them snack. On returning it was lovely to see one of the leaders sat with my boys building with them and actually engaged with the children.When picking up my children the staff were friendly and professionally and when they came to me my children were guttered I picked them up early and asked if they could attend the rest of the week *even though iv booked the week of to spend with them* seeing how happy my children are has really made me feel that there in safe hands. After hearing that they been swimming on the sky walk played lego and done so much is fantastic. I went away and booked them in tomorrow but haf to wait for approval but after speaking with Neil he soon got it sorted for me and my boys are now all booked on for West Park club tomorrow. Fantastic friendly team.
