Know The Origin Omdömen

Super fast delivery, excellent packaging and love the product!

I bought a lady's personal reusable item product from the company.
I found the information details of the item on the website, very helpful and eye catching too. It really helped me to feel confident and comfortable in purchasing the right product for me.
I would definitely buy from '' know the origin '' again if I ever need to get environmentally - friendly products in future.. And I think their prices are very reasonable and good value for money.

So good to come across a company with the high standards of Know the Origin. T Shirt made of lovely soft cotton. Great design and recyclable packaging. Thank you.

Beautiful products and really quick delivery. Will definitely buy from here again

Lovely pieces and super fast delivery. I wear them daily.

My order arrived in really good time, in low-waste and plastic free packaging, everything exactly as described.

Ordered for my son, he is very pleased with the sweatshirt - style and feel. Having checked the measurements and seeing that it could shrink after washing I ordered an XXL even though he's usually a large or XL size. Good decision, nice and roomy a good, comfy fit.

Very prompt delivery. Exactly what I need for a present

Lovely T-shirts, really soft and comfortable - plus delivered in completely plastic-free packaging

Great service - products are great and it was so easy to order and quick to receive. Also, and importantly, it's great to know about the origin of the products bought!

Amazing products and quick delivery. Love that everything on their website is sustainable and their green credentials are all genuine. Will definitely be purchasing from here again!

I think they have an amazing idea of sustainable shopping and everything, but their customer service is reaaaally slow and basically never answers. They definitely should hire a few more people to handle feedback and CS.
Good luck!

Excellent quality, delivery and packaging. Communication was spot on. I will definitely be buying again!

Efficient service, no fuss plastic free packaging, and I love that they use royal mail - easy to redirect parcels to post office near workplace or home for easy collection. This seems more problematic for other delivery companies, in my experience.

Had to return item as unfortunately it was too small. Returns policy was easy to follow and the money was refunded to my bank within 3 days of posting- thank you!
Eagerly awaiting my size to be back in stock so I can reorder 😀

My first purchases on KTO - Easy to use site, great range of ethical brands, fast delivery.
I will definitely shop there again.

I really liked the clothes i ordered and the service was friendly and efficient.
Its great to see new brands.

Super fast delivery and great service. Really lovely variety of products too.

Excellent quality of service. Although initially I received the wrong item, when I notified them, they quickly sent me the correct item. I'm really pleased with my sweater from People Tree. It fits perfectly and was accurately described on the website.
