I called up to arrange for a new home pre snagging survey report and Hollie arranged for the surveyor to attend within few days. Craig conducted the detailed survey on the property and was available throughout to answer any questions whilst on site. He is very knowledgeable in this field and took time to explain. Within a few hours I received an email along with the survey report. The report is in a very user friendly format, with pictures. Easy to understand. What's so helpful about this Company is that they don't just provide you with the survey and desert you, they make it clear you can contact them should you require support or guidance

All communication was perfect. Everyone involved were friendly, polite and accomodating.

Very professional throught the whole experience from initial contact through to completion and timeliness of report. Very impressed with customer service and organisation throughout...it reminded me of what customer service should be like. Despite being hampered on undertaking the report as flooring company were running behind, they returned a few days later to complete the report.

Hollie made the booking process very straightforward and efficient. When Sorin visited to carry out the survey, he was really knowledgeable, explained the snags to us clearly and even gave us some tips for how to look after the home / deal with the builders. Excellent and professional service

I was incredibly impressed with the expert that they sent out to do the snagging, he went into immense detail, picking up on things that we wouldn’t have noticed for weeks / months. Sorin's report was extremely detailed and outlined clearly the few major issues, the minor issues and everything that was well done. They sent it to our developers for us who have agreed to fix everything they found with no argument which is in part due to the fantastic service of the Knott Brothers.
