I bought a Scout before Xmas and when I went to install it there was a fault with one of the security bolts. I contacted Knog after asking the retailer without much luck. Bridg at Knog shipped a replacement bolt all the way from Australia to my house in London and it arrived in almost no time. I'm very happy with the service I received.
Had a quakka run fail on me and they replaced it with no issues. Reply from support can be a little slow but I'm happy to wait when the products are worth waiting for
Bridg was so professional kind and accommodating. This company makes great products. People are always commenting on my nifty headlights

product works well, well I did have a problem (I suddenly couldn't turn the scout on or off from the app) but I managed to resolve it - with absolutely no thanks to the service, which was as good as non existent. They should put their braindead support chatbot to sleep, it's the only humane thing to do...

Based on a favorable article I read in the Wall Street Journal, I ordered three items on December 9th as a Christmas gift for my son. Only one item was ever delivered (December 22). Bridg, the Knog rep, was trying to be helpful, but due to the huge time and distance gaps between Australia and the US, communication was extremely slow, and I was never able to find out what happened with the other two items (I don’t think Bridg was, either). I finally did receive notice on January 8th that I will be refunded for the unshipped items. Lesson: don’t order from a small company in Australia, even though they have a distribution center in Texas (with which you can’t communicate).

Over the past years I bought several Knog Blinder lights for myself, my family, friends,... because I find them really handy and strongly perfoming regarding luminosity/visibility.
Unfortunately some Clasps broke over the years, so I wanted to buy some spare parts. Shipping costs from Australia to Europe would have been way higher than the product costs themselves. So I contacted Knog customer service and Bridg made sure I received four Blinder Clasps free of charge. He also made sure I would not have to pay any customs duty with the shipment from Australia to Europe.
Good products and always great service. Knog stands behind their products.
Really appreciated the quick and human reply and effort made to find a solution to fix my now fab again Blinder, thank you Bridg!
Not sure what is going on with this company? They say they are running a 15% off if you purchase 4 or more items. I have 4 and yet no discount at checkout. Checked their site for code-nope. Tried to reach out via phone or email-nope, page has been deleted with contact info. I guess I shall pass on purchasing from them. Search for these items continues….

I purchased a mid-cobber rear bike light. Love the product! Unfortunately the button became a bit ‘sticky’ after use, making it hard to turn on / off and cycle modes. I emailed knog and they sent me out a replacement, free of charge! Very easy to deal with, and good experience all round.
In contrast to the dealer (Bikeinn.com), Bridg as my contact person from Knog‘s customer service was just excellent: responsive, solution-oriented, customer-oriented, pragmatic.
In essence, skip the dealer Bikeinn.com and directly purchase the products from Knog‘s website.

So amazing service great communication, fast email replies this lights are amazing will buy this lights always.
I have owned a bilby head torch for about 9 months.
I have used it most days running at night, and it has been a very good, bright and quick drying head torch.
The controls are quite complicated at first compared to a regular head torch, but this allows more flexibility of use once you are familiar with them.
The product has now stopped working, but Bridg at the help desk has been excellent in trying to source a replacement.
