The Knog Scout's painstaking reset process is a monumental failure. After 30 futile attempts and a cacophony of beeps, it's evident their "security" is laughable. Other brands offer seamless, secure solutions without this nonsense. The Invoxia Bike Tracker is bug-free, user-friendly, and infinitely superior. Knog's excuses are indefensible. Avoid at all costs.

Have had 4 knog lights over the last few years, and never had an issue with them. When my toddler broke a clasp on one, the team were super helpful and got me a spare part very quickly. Great brand, great lights.
I had a issue with a cycle bell emailed the company and was sorted out immediately, after this experience I would definitely recommend this brand every day of the week

Knog has made a customer for life out of me. I returned home from a business trip only to find that my Blinder 600 no longer worked, and after a quick chat with the support folks they sent me a Blinder 900 and even 2-day mailed it to me so I could have it in time for the Triple Bypass (which happens in three days, so this was unfortunate timing). I just got it in the mail and I couldn’t be happier. 3 cheers for Knog!
I purchased a Knog Oi Luxe Bell and installed as correctly as possible. Within two rides the screw fell out. The reason I bought it was because of a friend and he lost the brass ringer from his within a week! This should not happen with $50 CDN bike bells.

Nightmare! Bought a Knog scout alarm for my e bike. Worked well for a couple of days then would then keep disconnecting meaning I could not disable the alarm. Advised to do a Factory reset but this did not work. Complained on website but just received a bot reply. I've removed the device from my bike but alarm still going off when it is moved. Driving me crazy and feel like bashing it with a hammer to make it stop but waiting for some semblance of customer service from Knog. Terrible product

I asked the AI chat box for help as I was confused about the product description.
I asked: "Does the PWR Flashlight head 600 lumens come with a bike attachment"
It's reply was: "Yes, the PWR Flashlight 600L is compatible with all PWR Banks and Accessories, and can be attached to your bike using the appropriate mounts"
As you can see, AI gave a definitive "yes", followed by a neutral comment that did not indicate whether it did or did not have a bike attachment. Turns out, it does not come with a bike attachment, and when i messaged customer service (3 times) asking for a "free shipping label" and a refund for both the shipping and item, I was refused.
Not only did they refuse, but they tried to gaslight me into thinking that AI was correct, and the message (although misleading), said it didn't come with a bike mount. So both misleading AI. And terrible customer service that, yes, refuses to send a free shipping label. Don't purchase from knog, as you can expect bad customer service.
EDIT: As you can see by response, still lack of accountability for misleading BOT. If I had known what the "PWR" flashlight head was, why would I have asked the BOT for clarification? Their response to their mistake is the most revealing part to the company. I will ship this product back at MY OWN MISTAKE, and never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Thanks

I made a warranty claim on one of the mounts being on very tight timeframes. One email sent with pic, invoice and cause. One reply with confirmation.
No messing around, no back and forth.

Fantastic after sales service. You don't find this often anymore. 18 months after purchase I had a problem with the battery of my Knog Scout bicycle alarm. Completed the form on the website and received a response within 24 hours. No questions or discussions, but immediately the message that the warranty applied. Barely a week later I received a free and brand new device in Belgium via DHL. Customer expectations exceeded ! Great !
Replacement of a malfunctioning light was handled with full replacement and no questions asked. Stellar service, and the products are one-of-a-kind in the market so such service is especially appreciated.
It seems like they delete bad product reviews on their website!!
I've bought multiple Knog items since picking up road cycling, they make nice looking items, but they don't last and are very overpriced.
in the past i've bought an Oi bell (broke after a year), a luxe Oi bells, a PWR Commuter 450L front light (the mount broke within a season), and a set of lil cobber front and rear light (the rear light stopped functioning after a charity ride because of rain).
someone i left a bad review for the PWR light, i cant find the review anymore. Also, i just posted a review for the lil cobber light, i dont see the review online.

Had an issue that got resolved promptly, with no headaches involved. The CS agent that I dealt with was extremely friendly and kept me updated the entire time, until my issue was resolved.
The Knog Scout Bike Alarm that I purchased is great, gives me a ton of peace of mind when I am not in direct sight of my bike. I actually like it so much that I got a second one for my other bike... Very pleased with the product and customer service that I received.

I can't fault Knog's customer service. My experience has been exemplary, and I am extremely satisfied with the manner which Bridg Jessop, Knog's Customer Service representative, managed my case. Her email communication skills were excellent, and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
I had a front blinder light that unfortunately stopped charging less than a year after purchase. Contacted Knog and they have sent me a replacement. I would recommend them based on that alone, you can trust in their support team in the event something goes wrong.
They clearly value their customers, so 5 stars imo.
