Horrible quality. The backpack broke before my daughter even got to the first day of school. All three zippers broke as soon as I went to open the bag. Customer service response after sending pictures of the broken bag was “can’t you get the zippers fixed”!!! For $40 it’s not a quality product. A Jansport is the same price and they have great warranty service. Don’t waste your money!

Its a good online store for backpacks and they don't scam you, the only problem is that they probably won't give you the color backpack you wanted but when I bought it, they didn't give me the right color but I still kinda love it either way lol so I wear it to school. But its a 3-4 star shop for backpacks

I ordered 2 backpacks and 1 lunch box and it never even came! The worst part is that I never got an email that even tracked it I checked the order date just incase I got my address wrong on the information but nope all of my information was correct. This is the worst company that I have ever come across and I will never buy anything from them ever again.

I was very impressed with the backpack/lunchbox/pencil case set I purchased for my Grandson. It was very well made. It was also exactly as pictured and it arrived in a very timely manner. I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered 2 backpacks. The one for middle/high or college student is not big at all like it shows in pics. TO SMALL! It will not hold a laptop and binder that is needed for middle, high, or college. It would work for elementary! But that's not what is described in the description of the backpack. They will not send a return label if you need to return it even though they have a 30 day return policy and they will not refund you your money! KKBAGS IS A JOKE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND KKBAGS!

Ordered a backpack set on July 20th. They're site states items ship within 24 hrs. A week after I purchased, I still hadn't received any tracking info. I emailed the company asking if my item had shipped and if so, would they provide me with the tracking #. My email went unanswered for 2 days. I had to email them again and asked them to cancel my order and refund me or I would call my bank to dispute the charges. After that email, they FINALLY responded that they would mail my package out that day. I then emailed again asking for a tracking #. Again, no response for days. I emailed a third time asking for tracking. This time they responded with a tracking #. I paid for express shipping and as of today Aug 4th, I still have not received my package and tracking shows it's in Japan sitting. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. My daughter is devastated that her bookbag set won't be here in time for the first day of school. Also, after I tried to leave an honest negative review on their site, they didn't approve it to be posted/published. If you look at their reviews, they ONLY publish positive reviews; that's why all their items only have no stars or 5 stars reviews. Companies who don't let customers post honest reviews whether negative or positive, isn't a company I want to do business with or would recommend to friends or family.

My daughter received her Kkbag and was thrilled with it! It has all the compartments she needs and is stylish.
We will definitely order more items soon.

I'm very disappointed in the delivery process you pay extra to even get it $ mailed fast and Still nothing it's almost been a month my daughter has to use another backpack in the mean time..and why isn't there a contact number being a business?

The item listings are extremely unclear. I ordered a backpack/lunchbox/pencil set (the item title clearly lists all three), but apparently the color I chose did not include the lunch box and pencil case.

I have ordered a backpack never got any emails about it. But they had no problem taking the money out of my account. I have emailed them twice over the situation and nothing! No real number to reach them on

If I could give NO stars I would. I ordered my daughter a backpack set she was dying to have. When I went through the payment process it redirected me to PayPal. I made my payment but never received an order confirmation. I emailed the company & they said they checked the payment process & it was normal. The next email they sent was asking me for an order number bc they could not find an order with my email address that I made an account with. I emailed them once again and told them I never got an email and they have yet to reply. I also messaged the Facebook page for them with no reply.

Kkbags was amazing all I had to do was email them about my bag I bought because I had a shipping question. The next morning I checked my phone and they had got back to me. They were so nice about my questions and I will most likely buy another bag from them they are awesome.

I had ordered 2 backpacks, I had to cancel them due to my boys getting new backpacks from family members as gifts for back to school. I contacted KKbags and they refunded my money really fast with no problem.

Don't put your credit card anywhere near this website- You will get scammed!! I was entering my information with PayPal not even checking out yet when I got an alert from my bank that there were multiple suspicious charges. Stay away it's definitely NOT worth it.

Love love love these book bags I had one last year for school and loved it. It did rip but was used a lot and I brought it everywhere with me. It has so many different pockets and a lot of space. I ordered the same one a few weeks ago and am just waiting for it to come in! If you’re thinking about buying a book bag here do it

I have been ordering bags from this Company for about 3 years now. I like kk bags is because they are sturdy, they last a very long time. My daughter who's 9 years old, love the bags I love everything about these bags, they very large, and strong. Will take lots of books, notebooks and a binder. I love these bags so much that I ordered 2 for my daughter for school. The price is great for such nice, good looking bags like this.

My daughter loves her fuchsia dog paw printed backpack set. She cannot wait for school to start.

I personally love the bags because they are dependable and they are heavy duty I Carry some medical items and this bag dosnt compare to the other bags I’ve had in the past this is wayyyyy better thank you so much

Love these Backpack Bags. They are heavy-duty with extra wide straps so they won't cut into your body, and they hold enough that they would be heavy enough that they would. Plenty of compartments to orginize all that you want to put into them. These bags are really heavy duty and there're just great!
