We ordered a backpack and love the product. Thought there were some shipping issues due to the product getting stuck due to local inspections, KK was very professional and communicative in what was happening. I highly recommend this company; they have good quality, responsive to e-mails within a few hours and professional.

Had a quality issue with a bag due to a missed stitch. Emailed the company, and they sent a replacement and made it right. Good customer service.

Update to my previous review. The company was very responsive and we opted to refund our money and forgo the backpack since school had started weeks ago and we ended up busying something in our city. We received the refund like they said they would. We may try again another year as my daughter likes the design of this backpack but will pay extra close to the address and order well in advance. I gave them an extra star as well because they did provide great customer service.

They fixed my concerns. The kids received their backpacks today. I’m going to be honest. I was very angry with shipping but the company did fix all of my concerns. Ordered 8/2 received 8/26. I will give another star because of doing what they said they would.

Kkbags has an extensive selection! Also, once ordered, we received the bags within 10 days. They are great quality and very cute!

Ordered a backpack, still has not arrived 12 days later. No shipping updates, no response from the email I sent a few days ago. No way to call them. Super frustrating with school starting this week.
SCAM!

I have yet to receive my order. Site said 6 to 20 business days. When I try to track the order it says the same thing over and over with just the date changing. If my granddaughters don't get there bookbags they are going to be so disappointed!!!! The money came out day of the order yet still no bookbags!!!!!

I have emailed this company twice about my order and they have yet to respond. I ordered a backpack for my son and it has been a week and they have yet to ship my order. I tried emailing them twice to find out and estimated date of shipment and no response.

Company has responded to my emails and said they have shipped my item. However I’m still waiting to receive it. I’m hoping to get it by this weekend. If so, I will change my review.

The backpack did not come in time. It was a day later after school started. However, my son LOVED his backpack.
The backpack is good quality and waterproof. It has many compartments and the zippers easily open and shut.
It does take awhile to ship which was one of my frustration but overall the backpack was worth the wait. 😍

I'm not the one using it but I just want to compliment how functional and perfect this bag is for everyday use. It has a lot of compartments and pockets and the strap is very soft so there won't be a problem no matter the weight you're carrying.

The bag I bought is pretty. The design is cute which my daughter loves so much! What I love the most about it is how versatile it could be, It can be a school bag and also a bag for vacation haha.

The bag is a must have for children because mine are always excited to go to school when they have theirs! They love their backpacks so much so I believe they deserve the 5 stars from me.

I was worried because the bag felt too light and everyone kept saying it's durable. I thought U was scammed but the bag is just perfectly made to be lightweight and durable at the same time!

I was worried because the bag is very affordable so I concluded that it's because it's cheap quality, but no. The cover never fades, the bag is strong and durable and the straps are soft so it makes lifting seen lightweight and manageable.

My son always brings heavy books to school and I'm glad the bag is of great quality that can endure such weight. We replace bags often because the strap often breaks but the one we bought from KKBags is almost a year strong!

The first time I ordered, the bag's zipper had an issue, but as soon as I reported the malfunction the replacement process was done rather smoothly. The bag is cute and stylish so I'm glad the customer service is great!
