Bought the black and pink backpack for my 11 yr old to start 6th grade with. It's a perfect bag for a preteen. It's still feminine yet grown up a little and not so little girly with unicorns and rainbows. She has been using it since August and it still looks brand new and in perfect condition while her younger sister is already on her 3rd backpack because the straps keep unraveling and ripping. It's definitely quality and worth every penny! We will be buying from them again for next year ... FOR BOTH GIRLS!!

The book bag is great quality. I was surprised over how strong it is. The delivery took a little while but I expected this. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered my daughter a floral backpack and she loves it! It is made well and looks beautiful. It also came with a lunchbox that is very well insulated with enough room to store her food in. We are very happy with this order.

The bags were just as shown in the photos, and they were great quality!!! I will definitely order from kkbags again.

I ordered the flamingo backpack for my child and she loves it. It has held up extremely well and she is not the most gentle with her belongings to begin with :)

Never received bags after I ordered they basically stated that it was at a fed-ex or UPS store with no tracking provided.

I ordered this backpack and matching lunch bag for my daughter at the beginning of August for the school year. It is a very pretty bag and she has been very happy with it. I am happy it is still in good shape because she is very hard on backpacks. The lunch bag is a little small and so are the pockets that keep the water bottles in them but overall she really loves the bag.

Ordered a backpack with matching lunch box for my granddaughter - it arrived before we were expecting it, good quality (holding up to all she packs in there for school) and she loves the sunflower design (I like the dark background so it looks new longer). Happy with purchase and would purchase from KK Bags again :)

I ordered the bag in August, paid extra for rapid shipment and as of today I’ve yet to receive it. I contacted the company over and over for a refund, finally after a month of back and forth with them I received my refund. The tracking link was not helpful at all, it only showed it shipped but I could never see where it was. Terrible experience and for the price of $50+ not worth my time at all!

We love the backpack! It is different than what we’re where able to find anywhere else. My Kindergartener has been using it since September and it is still in good shape. Give plenty of time for shipping and you will be good.

I ordered a backpack for my daughter on June before she started school, and she was very excited about that backpack because we couldn't find the same anywhere else, it was almost $50 and until now we never received it. When I asked they told me they sent it to another country and that the packages had to be destroyed and I ask them to send me another one to the right address and they said yes but I had to pay them an extra $20 wich is not fair, since it was their fault.. don't buy from this website you might get robbed like me.

I ordered a backpack for school and not even a full week of school the backpack broke the straps of the back of the bag tore off and my bag wasn’t heavy at all very disappointing I’ve been trying to contact them ever since the bag broke and no one has been answering me until today i’m not trying to bash this company they are amazing the bag came in within a week really fast right before I started school but very disappointed in the back of the bag

The bag has held up well for school. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the lunch bag that came with is fairly small. Great quality, zippers have lasted. No complaints!

I ordered my son a backpack for school. It has held up well. He is rough on his bags. The color was true and the quality was great. Not cheaply made. Will order again!

I was not going to do this but I'm just going to be honest. These bags are a true waste of your money. They may look nice but they are the poorest quality bags I've ever purchased. They are truly not worth your hard earned money. Please do not waste your time, energy, or money on these bags. The only thing worse than the bags is their customer service. Do not expect any common sympathy or understanding. They will only replace their bags if u r willing pay for shipping etc. Don't walk run away from these bags. Spend your money elsewhere.

My daughter searched all over for a yellow bag and found this one. I was hesitant to order but pleasantly surprised. It has held up well, fits her laptop and her binder too.
