Third class service and tshirt received only one. Offer is that' buy one get one free but I received only one jercy third class material received don't buy it

Very disappointing experience! I ordered 2 jerseys but received only 1. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I paid for two products but received only one, and this has left me feeling cheated. Such an experience raises serious concerns about the seller’s reliability and order fulfillment. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their service and resolve such issues professionally. Please deliver the missing jersey or provide a refund.

Purely scam don't buy anything from them, ordered 2 jersey recieved 1 which is completely different with different size

​I recently placed an order for 2 T-shirts (Order ID: KS91691IN). However, I received the package today and noticed two major issues:

​Missing Item: I only received 1 T-shirt instead of the 2 T-shirts I ordered.

​Incorrect Item: The T-shirt I received is not the one I selected during purchase. I received tshirt in red color while i have ordered tshirt you can see in below picture.

​I request you to please arrange a replacement for this order at the earliest. I have attached photos of the received package and item for your reference.

I ordered 2 jesries when there was a buy 1 get 1 sale.
What i got was only one jersey that too the jersey with no player name even though i paid for the jersey with the player name and number on it.
If u want a singel jersey u can go ahead and buy but don't expect to get more than that. But the quality was good.

I received my order 4th oct ,but the delivery was incomplete.
And like a mail 4oct but not reply i try mail everyday top up in mail not update

I am following up regarding my complaint for Order #KS86619IN. I contacted you 4 days ago but have not received any response yet.

My order contains 2 jerseys, as clearly mentioned on the delivery invoice:

Portugal 26/27 Authentic Home Jersey – Medium – ₹499.50

However, I received only the Real Madrid jersey. The Portugal jersey is missing, despite both items being listed on the invoice.

Please investigate this immediately and either:

Worst experience. I have ordered Span away and Man city home jerseys under the buy 1 and get 1 free offer. When I received the order it was entirely different order. I have received only 1 jersey that is Manchester City’s away jersey 24-25 season. They do not have any customer care totally wasted money.

I pay for jersey but they didn't shipping it or not give me any update hence my money is gone and I didn't get any jersey.
