These guys are scammers. I have ordered 2 times from them and both time i got scammed. I have ordered pack of 2 jerseys and got only one and the next time i ordered a full training kit and this time also i only recieved the pant. I issued my complaint in the next hour only but still no action has been taken from them. THIS IS A SCAMMER SITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a Ronaldo named Portugal 2026 World Cup kit.The 1399 rupees is worth compared to jersey quality.The logos are heat pressed not embroidered.The shipment process and order tracking is a most essential thing that every website must have.Btw i ordered a prepaid jersey,not all times things happen

These guys have the worst customer service they don't respond half the time, I bought a jersey for 1.3k and they sent a damaged one I give it for return and they are giving no updates for the refund or exchange. Please don't buy from them they are scammers and they don't return money.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a jersey in **size L**, but the seller sent **size S**, which is completely wrong. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund or replacement, but there has been **no response at all**. This is very poor customer service and unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved soon with a proper refund or replacement, I will have to escalate the complaint. Buyers should be careful before ordering from this seller.

The product is at it's best shape be it in quality wise or the way it came to me.Feels really authentic even you have you open the plaster applied to printed section which i didn't found in other stores.

It was really good. I bought a 25/26 third jersey Of Real Madrid.

I ordered the Arsenal 3rd kit 25/26 for a friend of mine as there was stock available but was surprised when faanacs mailed in to inform that the item had failed QC checks and thus had to cancel the order. Upon my request they managed to get a fresh set and it reached me in time to get it sent to my friend. He is surely going to be pleasantly surprised!! Thank you faanacs!

They cancelled the order and also not refunding the money. The customer care is not responding. They are fraud. Do not buy.

Purchased two jerseys but only one was delivered. They conveniently marked both as delivered...

As listed in their terms on the website, an immediate mail was sent with the picture of the shipment.
No response !!

Maybe it is a loophole for them to use if the customer doesn't report the issue with 12 hours.

My mail was sent with 12 minutes , but to no avail. No response to that mail or the two reminders I sent after.

The contact number listed on the site is the same. No response!!

UPDATE
They replied expressing their remorse for the inconvenience and are taking steps to resolve the issue.

They have absolutely no customer service and are a scam site. i returned the jerseys to them for a size exchange now they aren't replying to me on any platform. Please dont buy from this site.
