brilliant stuff, easy to use and remove any excess before it dries. Perfect match to our sage green cabinets and prevented us needing to order and wait for another door.

Sage touch up paint for Wickes kitchen …
We have just had a Wickes kitchen fitted. Got the sage touch up paint as a back up if any minor accidents happen. The sage paint looks a perfect match.

Paint touch up pens
I ordered a touch up pen to cover small chips in my Howdens kichen. The previous residents of my house installed the kitchen and left no record so I didn’t know what colour to order and had to just order and try as there are no testers. Thankfully the colour is good enough. The product is excellent and they provide a range of application methods- I liked the nail varnish type brush. Service and delivery prompt so overall I’m very pleased. Thank you.

Hi Jack — thanks so much for the lovely review! 🙌
Really pleased the colour was a good match for your Howdens kitchen, and great to hear the brush applicator did the trick. If you’re ever unsure on colour in future, we can check it from a small offcut and mix to match.
As a thank you, here’s 10% off your next order: THANKYOU10 🎉
If you need anything else, just give us a shout we’re always happy to help.

Didn’t match colour despite being b&q…
Didn’t match colour despite being b&q cashmere. Contacted seller who provided replacement, this was slightly better / closer to actual colour but still significantly different.
Went to local paint shop who mixed a massive paint pot for the same price as one pen. This mixed colour is a perfect match.
I let kitchen touch up know the second one they sent also didn’t match, I.e wasn’t fit for purpose & that local paint store had managed. Yet no refund offered.
Go to your local paint store would be my advice

Hi Steven
I’m really sorry we let you down here.
“Cashmere” at B&Q spans multiple ranges, years and finishes (matt/satin/gloss), and the same colour can vary slightly, even in the same range.
That’s on us to manage better.
We did send a second mix, but as it still wasn’t right, I’ve now processed a full refund for you.
If you need anything in the future, we can custom-mix from a small off-cut of your door or plinth (we’ll cover the postage label) and replicate the correct sheen—this usually solves the “name but not the same” issue.
Please contact me at support@kitchentouchuppaint.co.uk if you’d like to arrange the free custom match.
Again, apologies—and thank you for the feedback. It helps us improve.

Hi Rowena,
We’re really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your purchase. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
Our touch-up products are designed to give a near-invisible repair when correctly matched and applied, so we’d love the chance to put this right for you.
If you can email us at support@kitchentouchup.co.uk with your order number and a quick photo of the area you’re repairing, we’ll be happy to check the colour and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Best regards,
Richard
Perfect match!!
Like other reviews, paint is a perfect match and very easy to apply, though like with all repairs/refresh work, patience is needed to get the best results.
Would happily recommend the product and would definitely use again if needed.

The touch up paint was an exact match…
The touch up paint was an exact match for my kitchen cupboards. Application was easy using the supplied brushes. Used 3 applications to build up the layers. Unfortunately I could not get the paint to squeeze through the fine pen nib attached to the paint tube. The product wasn't cheap - but what is these days!

Hi Pete, Thanks so much for your review! Great to hear the colour was a perfect match and the brushes worked well. Sorry the pen nib was a bit tricky — they can sometimes block if the paint hasn’t been mixed enough. Really appreciate the feedback and glad you’re happy with the result overall!

Perfect customer service
I have a toddler and chips all over my wren kitchen. I wanted a quick fix, and thought these pens were a bit pricey but it turns out it was well worth it for the customer service alone. I ordered the cour that matched the wren paperwork but there must have been a mistake because it came out way too dark but the company sent em a replacement after matching a small sample o sent them. Super happy! Thanks so much

Wow wow wow! These guys really did save my behind! Had a new kitchen installed at the beginning of summer and I accident scratched one of the cabinets! To replace it was going to cost a small fortune but after doing some research I came across Richard and his company! Helped me from start to finish and saved me a considerable amount of money and my wife divorcing me for damaging her new kitchen! Highly recommended.

Great coms from Richard when he was being paid unfortunately Richard’s communications ceased when either the he sent the wrong paint or the paint didn’t match ???? Richard you really are a fraud luckily the bank see you for what you are with evidence provided. Do not deal with this company avoid there are other options. Just google your paint codes it may take a bit of research but avoid Richard’s company it’s a long drive to go visit him !!!!
