New fridge freezer

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, quick and efficient! Love my new fridge freezer, was a bit worried using somewhere I’ve never purchased from before but everything was so smooth and no issues what so ever, I will defiantly be buying from here again!

Thank you Jason and Rob
If it wasn’t for Jason and Rob the gentlemen that dropped and installed my fridge, the rating would have been 3 stars lower!
I called kitchen economy this morning to enquire about what time my fridge would be arriving to which the man on the phone said ‘I don’t know I don’t deliver them’- how charming!
However, Jason and Rob not only carried my fridge up SIX flights of stairs (it’s a new build apartment and the lift had broken!) but then when they unboxed it and saw that the man in the warehouse had packed the wrong colour- they then carried the fridge back down the six flights and went and got me the right fridge WITHIN HALF AN HOUR!!!!
They were nothing but polite, so accommodating and extremely helpful.
I honestly can’t thank them enough!!
They really went above and beyond today and for that I had to leave this review to say a massive thank you and what a credit to the company they are!
