Beware, buying a car from here is the Russian roulette of all car sales.
I purchased a car. After I had paid in full they were to service it, put a new MOT on it and valet it before delivering it to my home address 100 miles away.
After they took my money and transferred the V5 they drove my new car 73 miles without my permission or knowledge until I saw it on the MOT. They said they put new rear brakes and did an oil change, they even did an invoice for these things. I immediately took it to MINI/BMW after it arrived and also had a print out of the history and key reads which confirmed that BMW in fact fitted those rear brake pads in July 2024 800 miles previously and a video to show 20% wear whichon them.
The vehicle also needed an OIL CHANGE which was all confirmed by video and in writing by them.
Kiss cars or FVRS their service centre did NOT service my car, they fabricated the service record and invoice to which I have concrete evidence.
The car was delivered here with two dents in the rear wing which weren’t present when I bought it.
It had not been valeted.
I had been sold the car being told it would arrive fully fuelled up, it arrived almost empty.
I was told the tyres were all good.
They delivered it with a chunk out of a front tyre which was an advisory on the MOT, two dents and a fabricated service and invoice.
I rung Dave Breen one of the owners who told me to put this all in writing. I did. I was called by James Witham the other owner, I recorded the call. He immediately asked if I was mentally capable of buying a car and if I needed power of attorney, he went I to say he wouldn’t do a single thing to put these things right or help, that I could take it back 100 miles for a refund.
I explained this isn’t practical and he hung up saying take it to court then.
His arrogance and rudeness was/is beyond anything I’d ever accept and he isn’t to be trusted.
I raised the matter with AA cars/mediation.
Kiss cars have offered £100. What an insult. It’s cost me over £500 to do what they lied about doing. It still needs new tyres. The rear tyres aren’t matching either.
There’s so much more to write but Trustpilot limit the word count.
The salesman Martin was lovely, he isn’t mechanically minded, he’s the first to admit this, however, after he had sold it and his job was done the lies and disrespect began in the hands of some of the others. The owner James is one of the rudest most dishonest and disrespectful people I’ve dealt with. He told AA mediators they’d asked several times for me to go there and let them put these things right, AA cars and I know this to be false. Also it’s over 100 miles away from me. They should have made sure these things were right before delivering the car instead of being dishonest.
I am prepared to take them to small claims court with plenty of hard evidence and illuminate that they faked the service and invoice and don’t care and continue to lie once they have your money… beware!
I will also be contacting trading standards with the same concerns and hard evidence of their falsifying documents and continued lies.
I’ll update this when necessary.

You did NOT service the car, you falsified the service book and invoice to which I have the clear evidence and proof from BMW mini in writing and video and have today sent these details to trading standards and will be pursuing you with small claims action next week.
Your responses are not coherent with the issues at all and appear to be vague at best. You did indeed offer a refund expecting me to bring it back at my own expense after I had also paid to have it to be delivered to me, taxed insured and had it properly serviced with a deduction for mileage which meant I’d be almost £1,000 out of pocket after having to have it repaired and I’d be left without a vehicle. You told AA cars that you offered to put the matters right and lied to them as well. You offered £100 as a gesture via AA cars today. Let’s see how long your affiliation lasts with them after they are supplied with the outcomes from trading standards and small claims and I will also be including the recording of the phone call from you. I would upload it on here if it were possible for all to hear how badly you treat customers when you have been caught out.
You should not be falsifying service history and invoices. It’s illegal. You did not fit the brake pads, BMW/mini replaced these in July 2024 all confirmed by BMW mini who supplied a video the week after you sold it to confirm the above and 20% wear on said brake pads.
No solicitor, asof yours has done any such thing, another blatent lie from you.
And you tried to have my review removed, sadly it’s all supported with evidence so you were unsuccessful.
I wonder what else you falsify, ten ‘good’ reviews in the hours since I uploaded this, a sudden surge of almost 10 perfect car sales in a day? Unbelievable I’d say…

Really happy with the car I bought last week, I don't usually leave a review although these guys deserve a shout out as received a professional service and that's rare to find nowadays. Definitely reccomend!

Avoid at all costs. This is exactly the sort of company that get car salesmen a bad reputation. Spend more money and go somewhere else. These guys are sharks !

James, you have stated I asked you for a £ 1800 refund on the work done. This is incorrect. I have asked for a refund of £300 to cover some of the major MOT failures that the car were found to have on a standard annual service. You refused to consider any refund. I have now a seperate electrical engineer working on the car to repair badly repaired headlight damage. This will cost me in excess of £ 500. The total cost of repairing all the faults so far, roughly three weeks after I bought the car are In the region of £2300. Many fault were dangerous and made the car unroadworthy on inspection.
