Kingsdene Estate Agents have been nothing short of amazing for me personally, Gurjit and Faye are the respective team members who have assisted me with renting a flat in Central Manchester. Tenancy swaps and repairs have arisen during my contract which can be stressful.

The rental market isn't easy for the consumer but both Gurjit and Faye make it so much more manageable as they are exceptional at their jobs and not to mention just generally nice people.

Fantastic when it came down to moving out- good communication, smooth return of deposit, timely inspection and instructions on how they want to get the keys back. Very positive! Whilst I was living in the property it took a bit of nudging to get a radiator fixed but once they’ve sent a man to repair it, it was all done in one day. So overall, not a bad experience.
