We are truly sorry to read about your dissatisfaction and the accusations made in your review. At King Rent, we take all feedback seriously and are committed to transparency and fairness in all our customer interactions.
First and foremost, we want to clarify that we always conduct our business with the utmost integrity. The claim regarding false damages and a lawsuit does not align with our records or practices. We have no ongoing legal disputes related to such matters, and we firmly deny the allegations of creating false damages to withhold deposits.
It’s important to highlight that you have not adhered to our terms and conditions, specifically regarding the use of our vehicles on race tracks, which is strictly prohibited by our T&C due to safety and insurance reasons.
Such actions not only violate our agreement but also put the cars at significant risk of collision and cause extra maintenance costs such as tyres, brake pads, brake disks replacements, and that's why the rental was terminated beforehand and we had to charge extra costs. You have no idea how harmful it was for our business to have a brand new car being used on the racetrack!
After aknowledging the decision made by AMEX financial service provider, which concluded in our favor the monetary dispute, you decided (probably out of anger) to write such a defamatory review about our services. AMEX did a careful examination of the facts and based its decision on substantial evidence and adherence to our agreed terms and conditions.
We encourage you to reflect on your actions and recognize that you have violated the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, thereby compromising the vehicle's integrity and incurring additional maintenance expenses due to unauthorized racetrack usage. In this scenario, it is clear that we are the aggrieved party.
Should you choose to initiate a REAL legal action, we would welcome the opportunity to cooperate fully with the authorities. We are prepared to submit comprehensive evidence of misconduct and the use of unauthorized devices during driving on German roads.
While we respect the right to share one’s experience, we believe in the importance of factual accuracy and fairness. Misrepresentations not only harm our reputation but also mislead potential customers. We are open to criticism and willing to accept genuine feedback, as it helps us improve. However, we must also protect our business against defamatory and baseless accusations.

King Rent were great
King Rent were great from start to finish. We hired 2 vehicles that were delivered to us in Switzerland, both in immaculate condition. Katrina was helpful throughout the booking process and communication was consistent throughout. Thankyou team, will definitely be using your services again.

Was skeptical but needn’t have been - fantastic experience!
Hand on heart couldn’t ask for a better service. Everything from the booking with Katrina through to the delivery, pick-up and quality of the car was fantastic. We rented a Ferrari Portofino for a week in Tuscany and it was everything we could have hoped for - will definitely be repeating!

Responsible company.
I had difficulties meeting driver only my arrival at GVA due to Tour de France traffic, but the company owned up to the problems fully, delivering the car to a different site, and offering real compensation, which I appreciated. The delivery was perfect, clear instructions as to how to operate a Ferrari - my first time. I would definitely work with them again.

Great experience! Rented a Ferrari 488 and it was dropped off at the exact time I needed it and looked great. Whole process was very easy and I will be using this company again! I recommend using this company for all renting needs.

Great value and superb service
Dealt with Katrina /Kate who was superb, really helpful and managed the whole process from booking and arrival of the car seamlessly. We hired a Ferrari 488 Spider as a surprise for my Dad’s 70th birthday and he absolutely loved it (obviously)! King Rent were the best value of the companies I contacted. My one suggestion to them would be to modernise the booking process - forms needed to be printed / scanned / emailed back, this should have been more electronic. Overall, 5 stars though!

Everything was great
Everything was great, I rented a McLaren 720S Spider for the weekend. The car was amazing, the reservation process was very smooth and everyone was very helpful. Thanks to the explanation of Antonio I’ve became familiar with the car features in just few minutes.

Just got back from an amazing holiday…
Just got back from an amazing holiday in Italy.
Wanted to rent a Ferrari 488 Spider in Garda (Lake Garda). The only had a Portofino in that location.
But through one of their partners they found the 488.
Some days before delivery i got a message, that i would get the new F8 Spider instead 😊.
Tuscany VIP Service delivered the car in Garda and i had an amazing time, all worth it.

I was a bit shaky at first when we asked me for a bulky deposit and I saw an overwhelming good reviews so I gave it a try everything was great I would really recommend it to all my friends enjoyed the car and everybody that works for King Rent !

Smooth process overall.
