I was very pleased with my roof the boys even asked me to go out and have a look before they left they were very pleasant I would highly recommend

Looks Like A New Roof!

Damien and his team worked REALLY hard cleaning the moss off the roof, despite horrible weather. They were unable to put the second coating on the tiles because of days of rain but eventually they returned to complete the job. Their attitude and commitment were faultless and they were pleasant and polite throughout. We are DELIGHTED with the outcome which has been much admired by our neighbours.

This company has meant nothing but grief

I had them do my roof , after less than 6 months coating came off , got them back again
Now recently after a storm all my edging tiles blew off the roof , nearly killing my wife, I inspected the edging tiles blew off, there was no cement on them to hold them, I have taken pictures and I’m getting a reputable roofer to examine it.
I shall then put into the hands of the appropriate company

We understand your frustration and take all feedback seriously. It’s important to note that when you reported an issue with the original coating, we returned promptly and carried out the remedial work at no additional cost. A responsible company stands by its workmanship, and we did exactly that.

Regarding the recent storm damage, extreme weather conditions fall outside the scope of any contractor’s control. Storm-force winds can dislodge even well-secured tiles, and responsibility for such damage cannot fairly be placed on the installer. However, we are glad you are arranging an independent inspection, and we are confident it will clarify the situation.

We always aim to deliver quality service and resolve any concerns properly, and we regret that you feel the experience has brought you “nothing but grief.” Should you wish to discuss the matter further with us directly, we remain open to constructive dialogue.

Kingdom Coatings are a scam trying to…

Kingdom Coatings are a scam trying to persuade the elderly to part with money for work that they do not need. I was quoted over £7000 for work on my roof that a second opinion stated was completely not needed. I was shown photographs of my loft showing mould in abundance when items that I stored there were completely dry, therefore these photos were not of my loft space

We categorically refute your claims that we attempted to “scam” you or that we showed you photographs of “someone else’s loft.” If you are genuinely a customer, we invite you to provide clear evidence to support these accusations, as our records and procedures demonstrate otherwise.

Every quotation we provide is based on a thorough survey, with photographs and findings explained on site. Customers are under no obligation to proceed with any quotation, and many seek second opinions—as is their right. A difference in professional opinion (if indeed it was a professional opinion that was sought?) is not evidence of misconduct.

We do not appreciate defamatory comments intended to damage our reputation without proof. If you have a legitimate concern, we welcome you to contact us directly so it can be addressed properly. Otherwise, we ask that you refrain from posting false and misleading statements.

Great work

Absolutely delighted with the work from Kingdom coatings. The guys were great worked their butt off, came when they said they would and everything was finished beautifully. Can’t ask for any more, I definitely would recommend Kingdom Coatings..

Best reliable company

Alex and Conner did a great job of cleaning my roof then Sam and Sean coloured it. Fantastic job, very hard working men a credit to your company. I highly recommend kingdom coatings

Best team of workers .

Dougie and McAuley have just finished my wall coating, what a team , work non stop , very nice and polite and cleared all mess , would highly recommend them .I am delighted with the work .

My report concerns the performance (or…

My report concerns the performance (or lack of it) of the firm Kingdom Coatings (wall specialists)? from Alloa. In 2018 I employed them to prepare and coat my roughcast cottage with Properla facade coating.
First let me say the product, Properla Masonry Coating is excellent (of German manufacture). However the performance of the paint firm leaves a lot to be desired. Latterly I sent an email expressing my disappointment at their lack of interest - no reply! I then wrote a letter to the principal, - again no reply. Their attitude is one of apathy, disinterest, quality of workmanship (depending on who turns up on the day) - generally poor. A repair team turned up to repaint a chimney stack. No roof ladder! The painter who turned up previously had a roof ladder but not the inclination, he just took a photograph, and so it goes on. It's not what it says on the tin but it's what you get!! I'd have been better off buying the coating myself and hiring my own painter.
