Kimura® Omdömen

Proper quality materials and stellar feeling to use.

The loppers I bought earlier in the year developed a fault. They had been working perfectly until this time. kimura asked me to provide photo evidence, which I did. They investigated my claim quickly and without any fuss agreed to replace the loppers. Obviously it would have been better if I hadn't needed to contact Kimura in the first place but they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service provided by Kimura.

Great company. These are the best garden loppers i have found - very powerful and cut cleanly

The quality of the product is beyond top notch which in this case was their small garden shears. The company reached out twice to ask me how the shears were working for me and if there is anything they can do to improve my experience. I was a little surprised at first with this level of customer service over a small purchase like mine but that just speaks to how great this company is.

Excellent secateurs, even bought a second pair as these are so good and in case I lost a pair, which can happen when using in the garden. Very pleased with my purchases.

Bought the Kimura pro Lawn shears which are superb. The adjustable height is so helpful as I am much shorter than my partner so we can both use them. They are beautifully engineered, precision cutting, and lightweight, so very easy to use and achieve an excellent finish. Delightful company to deal with too. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with the Kimura shears. The 200mm blade and 300mm handle are a great combination — they’re sharp, well made and a pleasure to use. I’ve been a professional gardener for years and previously used another leading brand, but they’ve generally only lasted around two seasons. I’ve had the Kimura for three months so far and they already feel like they’re built to last. The customer service and guarantee give even more confidence. Great tool and highly recommended.

Excellent product, Quality of build is plain to see. Cuts through twigs and shoots with ease. Highly recommended!! These aren't cheap but worth the money spent.

Excellent product. Sturdy and well made.

Quality item quickly delivered.
Great to use.

Excellent shears. Very impressed with the product. Comfortable to use and cut through foliage and reasonable sized branches with ease. Would highly recommend this product. Good contact with the manufacturer to ensure satisfaction.

Great shears, great service. High quality product, serviceable and backed with a great warranty. Unbeatable

Bought these Secateurs as old ones were coming to end of there life. These Secateurs are amazing quality super sharp blade, really comfy handles and cut through woody branches with ease. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new pair, save your money in case of buying a well know red handle brand beginning with F and ending in O these do same if not better and at a cheaper price, its a 10/10 for me

Lovely pair of secateurs

We initially purchased extendable long handled loppers. After extensive use the extending mechanism failed on one arm. The company replaced them without question in response to a short video we submitted. Both the quality of the product and the timely response cannot be faulted. As a result of our experience, we have now purchased two secateurs. Again the quality is impressive and we have already used both on many occasions. We strongly recommend Kimura to friends and anybody who reads this.

Great customer service and responses to our needs. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with a product I purchased and kimura provided a new part (x2) which solved the issue.
