Amazing team

I had been struggling with a back-billing issue for quite some time, and I wasn’t sure it could be resolved. The team handled everything professionally, kept me informed throughout the process, and successfully got the issue sorted. Really good service

Really good service, was a hard job to get us good a rates for electric. And Kilowatt did a fantastic job.

Rachel was very helpful

Rachel was very helpful, kind and understanding when I was having difficulty finding out who my supplier was.
Also, with creating a good password.

It is lovely, actually, to speak to another human rather than a robot.
She put me at ease and we managed to sort out my new account.

Amazing company, friendly staff

Kilowatt Energy made what I assumed would be a complicated and time consuming process feel incredibly simple. Their AI powered bill audit system is genuinely impressive it quickly identified discrepancies and insights that would have been almost impossible to spot manually. Speaking to Tara felt like speaking to a friend and she explained everything in detail yet so easily.
