Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Money

Unfortunately, the kids’ camera stopped working within the first day of use. The quality was not great, and it froze almost immediately, which was really disappointing.

After contacting customer service, a replacement was sent without anyone asking whether I would prefer a replacement or a refund. The camera was intended as a gift for my niece to take on holiday, and due to the delay, she will now be unable to take it with her.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the product and how the situation was handled. I expected better for the price, and this has been a frustrating experience. I would not purchase this product again or recommend it to others.

Didn’t recieved the camera just an empty case and a scrap book. Sent countless emails over a week to resolve with the company but never heard back, customer service is awful.
Order it on Amazon instead.

I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. I placed an order over six weeks ago and have not received it. There is no phone number to contact, and emails do not get replied to.

My camera has stopped working and I am trying to get in touch with the company - have ignored 4 emails. Any advice on how to get customer service please.

Parcel was marked as delivered to a completely different housing estate, with no indication of where it was actually left. There is no customer service phone number, so I issued a query through the contact form

I have been contacted by the team in under 24 hours, who have been helpful in offering a refund or re-delivery using a courier of my choice, which is appreciated

Whilst the delivery experience itself was poor, the customer service response once contacted was much better with steps taken to resolve

Bought this camera for my 5 year old grandson, robust, compact, nice little extras with it too!!(carry strap, coloured felt tips, stickers) really good quality for the price, easy for him to use, lots of pictures taken on his special day!!!!l liked it so much I’ve purchased another one for my other grandson!!! Very pleased, speedy delivery too!!! Would definately buy from this company again.

It doesn’t work and I’ve sent 2 emails with no response

My son being able to use it capture memories on his 5th birthday, i put the pictures in an album for him, sure he loves it now and will love it more when he grows up. Beautiful picture quality, hopefully they make one that gives coloured pictures , the black and white pictures give “vintage” and i love it.

I bought this as a birthday gift to a 6 years old child and I’ve heard that not only the child but the mum is also enjoying this gift with them as well.

Purchased A Pink OG KIDS KAM for our 3 year old granddaughters birthday.
Really pleased at first, then needed to purchase new rolls of paper...which the camera will not print on..
Screen keeps saying NO PAPER!
I have tried contacting the company with various emails and messages via the OG Kids Kam page but NO replies. Searching for a telephone number to contact customer service is frustrating and extremely annoying as it appears to NOT be available!
Am desperate for some help as granddaughter is extremely upset and does not understand why her camera will not work, its just 6 weeks old, and this is so infuriating.
Now we have purchased 2 lots of genuine paper but still not working..
HELP CAN ANYONE PLEASE ADVISE AND HELP US?

The camera stopped working after a week so I emailed them. They asked me to send a video which I did but received no reply. I have sent 3 chaser emails and not received a reply. Terrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Update: company have rectified the situation following my review. They have sent a new camera which my niece is very happy with. The situation would be much better if it hadn’t taken 5 months and a bad review for them to act but I’m grateful they did and I haven’t thrown £50 down the drain.

The compartment that stores the camera role snapped within the fist three hours of use. Very disappointing for my son as it was his birthday present. Poor quality and complete failure from customer service to recognise that this is unacceptable for an expensive child’s item. Do not buy look elsewhere for a cheaper option as the quality will be the same.

I returned a camera which was received by them on 23rd January but despite chasing multiple times I haven’t had a refund or response. Awful customer service

I ordered a camera for my grandsons Christmas. Unfortunately we were unable to charge it. I then read the reviews and thought omg here we go!
I contacted them by email and received a response asking what the issue was.. no further response so I left it 24 hours . I then tried by WhatsApp and got a very helpful person who apologised and explained they were extremely busy and had staff off sick etc. I sent a photo of camera not charging. I was promised a new camera which arrived on Monday, this one charges and is perfectly fine. Thank you Kidkams for your help and good service.

The kidscam.com contact procedure is a nightmare. Also, their returns policy is very costly. Their prices are a rip off. Always check other sites before buying e.g. Amazon. I am not a satisfied customer at all. They provide a very useless service experience.

I am very impressed with Kids Kam , although they sent me the wrong colour camera initially I contacted them after receiving and they replied very quickly and rectified the issue with the correct camera being delivered in less that 48hrs. I Highly recommend - very professional and efficient thank you !

We purchased a camera as for a relatives present, only to find out they had one. The product itself looked of good quality, but sadly we had to return.

We contacted the company regarding returning the item, it took days for an email response with address to send to.

We duly posted the item back and after a week we hadn't had any update on the return to say they had it or that they were processing a refund, so we then contacted them again via email and we are still waiting now for a reply.

Their customer service is beyond laughable, If we were to of known how poor there customer service was we would of never made a purchase.

Such a shame, great product, sadly neglecting the part of the business that pays the bills... the customers!!!

Had problem with the camera. Took a very long time to get a response from customer support. Problem was solved though

Great at the beginning. After a month of use, it would just freeze up, nothing would work.
Their customer service is awful. They came back to me with a solution that I tried and didn't work. I'm yet to hear from them to resolve the issue.

Just don't buy these. Go with another brand.

Ordered a camera as a gift and despite leaving a delivery note saying not to leave my parcel outside as we have parcel thieves in the area AMAZON still left it outside and it was taken!
This of course wasn’t the fault of kids kam. I contacted kids kam and informed them and the following day I received a replacement so in my personal experience the customer service is absolutely excellent and the camera has since been tested and it is honestly brilliant and well worth the money
