Order number 2558, a kids bike. Arrived in damaged box. Managed to reshape basket. They sent me two right hand pedals. Email, contact us. No reply. 3 days later on Google found a mobile number rang. No answer. Sent SMS no answer. Then called again finally got a answer explained everything was assured missing left pedal will be sent. A week later after several emails and unanswered phone calls and SMS got a reply saying warehouse staff on annual leave. Then got two mediocre black set of pedals that look hedious to use as bike is a purple one with purple pedals again no more replies. So had no choice but to file a complaint with PayPal. I then got a refund. Now for last 10 days trying to get a collection has gone unanswered. I sent 5 emails 4 messages on number without any response. Absolutely atrocious company. Don't say you haven't been warned. Shame I can't upload the emails and photos of item delivered.

Ordered my son a bmx on the 20th of September, One week later no bike , Asked for a refund no reply .
Luckily for me that I had pad via PayPal.
16th of October refund via PayPal disputes.
Still no communication from Kidsie
Stay well clear of this company

Unfortunately, the parcel came completely squashed and the box was completely bent.
I emailed to speak to someone about the state of my parcel. I asked if we could do anything about it, as it was a gift. Sadly, no one has responded to my email.

I’m very satisfied with the competitive prices and quality of the products. The only thing that could be improved is the clarity of the estimated delivery date — having a more precise timeframe would make the purchasing experience even better.

What a wonderful company! Needed a good value BMX for my little boy, and found one here for around 40% less than at the main retailers.

I had an issue at checkout (my fault) and they sorted it right away, despite having no obligation to do so, and then when the delivery company had a issue (again not the fault of Kidsie) they did their best to find out what the problem was.

Having never heard of Kidsie before this, they will be first on my list to check when I need something else for my kid.

I think the idea of your business is awesome , why should returns of good products go to waste? I'm excited to see which other brands will come up on your website and look forward to buying plenty more from you!!

I got a very bad experience. I have ordered an item and it was supposed to ship in 2/3 days. It is now more than 1 week and I have contacted customer service 3/4 times with no luck.

There was a slight hiccup with the delivery, nothing major, but everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Emails responded to immediately and several options for me to choose to solve the problem.
So great customer service, honest and great products. Thank you kindly - would definitely use again - in fact I will be as a need another bike for another grandchild.

I ordered a baby car seat on 15th July and was told "we aim to ship items within 2 days"...it's now 8 days later and I'm yet to receive any info on dispatch despite me sending multiple emails. They don't have a phone number or any other way of contact so I'm completely at their mercy waiting for a response. Terrible service.
