Dispatched and received very quickly, item was brand new just had some box wear on corners, we are very pleased with our purchase :)

The order received was damaged and clearly previously opened, so it looks like a returned item. Spoken to CS and received a replament not had any issues since.

Purchased Love to Dream sleep bags but needed them the following day to take to Norway.. Contacted Jennifer to ask if this was possible.. every effort was made for them to be delivered in time.
Not the first time I’ve contacted them and on each occasion they have provided an excellent customer service.

It was my first order from KiDSie and i can say the cheapest bike from them. I wasn't sure if i be on time for Christmas, placed last minute. Quick delivery. Instructions included, but me as a woman never set any bikes ever, i can say i struggled. Good i have husband who can put bike with eyes closed. Perfect size for 11y old boy.

Was happy to come across a site that was like TKmax but for kids stuff. Ordered a couple of items and order came quickly but only one item arrived. Dropped them an email and they quickly got back to me to apologise and let me know it was a mistake and that the second order would be dispatched immediately. Really good customer service and great to shop kids stuff but at discounted prices.

We are really pleased with the Tutti Bambini travel cot/playpen that we purchased from Kidsie. Really good value with the discount and no difference in quality. We hope to use Kidsie again.

Ordered a Spiderman bike for my Grandson. Kidsie were the only company to promise before Xmas and they delivered on time. I ordered “open box”. Told to expect possible tiny marks. The bike was brand new £60 less than from any other seller. I would highly recommend this company. They deliver what they promise. A rare treat these days. Thankyou

I ordered a Tutti Bambini travel cot from KiDSiE so I could look after my grandson over the Christmas period. Unfortunately, the item arrived with a small fault, so I contacted the company to arrange a replacement. From start to finish, their service was exceptional.

They responded quickly, were incredibly helpful, and fully understood how important it was for me to have the cot in time for Christmas. The replacement arrived on Christmas Eve in perfect condition, and I couldn’t have been more relieved or more impressed.

The combination of excellent customer service, great prices, and a fantastic product range makes KiDSiE stand out. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

KiDSiE are a great company offering some brand names at significantly reduced prices. My grandson sleeps in the Love to Dream sleep bags and to find one on their website half the price of the retail price was AMAZING!

Absolutely delighted with the bike, which arrived just a couple of days after being ordered. Purchase was really simple to do and we will definitely look at Kidsie site first next time we are buying.

Ordered a travel stroller and unfortunately the pacakge was delivered to the wrong address at the other side of the country. I needed the stroller for a holiday and Nina kindly arranged to dispatch and deliver another stroller to me on the same day, stroller arrived in perfect condition, will definately use Kidsie again, thank you!
