The website was easy to use, delivery was fast, and their customer service was good but I asked for it to be treated as a gift; it was not. The person who received the shoes also got the receipt, which I specifically asked them not to put in there. Aside from that, they are great. Kicks Worldwide, please consider a gift option if someone does not want the price shown.

My Apologies on this one, we did initially remove the invoice but when the item was returned due to the incorrect postcode it was repacked and the instruction to remove the invoice was not carried forwards. We are looking into adding proper Gifting and wrapping service soon.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Decathlon regarding a refund for faulty trainers. I had only had the trainers for four days when the fault occurred, yet my refund was not authorised.
I feel this is extremely poor customer service, especially for an item that became faulty after such a short period. I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
If my refund is not going to be authorised, please can the trainers be sent back to me rather than being retained. BOUGHT THROUGH DECATHLON WEBSITE

Bought shoes and have now got a hole in after 5/6 wears contacted company who won’t do anything about it.
No refund, no exchange and no replacement. Ignored my messages and when I asked why said because they don’t know what to say.

We would like to clarify that your messages were not ignored. We remained in contact with you via WhatsApp and responded to your queries as they came through. At no point was there an intention to dismiss or avoid your concerns.
Regarding the issue with the shoes, we carefully reviewed the information provided. As the item has been in use for approximately six months, we are unfortunately unable to classify the damage as a manufacturing defect. Based on the timeframe and the nature of the wear, this would fall under general wear and tear rather than a fault present at the time of purchase.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly regret any frustration this has caused.
