I got an appt in less than an hour, the Doctor was understanding and thorough with her questions and diagnosis. I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy and I am feeling much better. It was quick and easy. I’m very grateful to have this available to me

Liked I could just type and not have to talk. However, made a mistake when I reached section to enter current medication I am taking and allergies. I mixed them up as I wasn’t feeling well and no option to go back past one prior event. Had to add current medication under allergies with a note explaining I made a mistake. I asked the doctor for a work excuse and the letter I received was very vague with no dates mentioned to recover from illness. I was expecting one, two, three days out sick being mentioned but it only said I was seen by the doctor

BEWARE - ALMOST AMAZING - But Still Waiting
I moved and needed a referral to a local provider for a chronic condition. I spoke with a very kind provider. She assured me they could absolutely do a referral; it was not a problem. I felt like I was finally going to get to see a provider close - not 4 hrs away. She also seemed to genuinely care. She told me she submitted the referral but wasn’t sure it went through. If I didn't receive in 24 hrs to reach back out. I didn’t-so I did as directed. The next provider told me I needed to give them a name/info for the referral. I looked one up & provided it, as I just wanted a local provider. Again I was told it was submitted. Also a very easy and good experience. Left for work trip - came back looked for referral-to no avail. Tried to log back in and can’t since I bought a one time visit and not a monthly membership. To be fully transparent-I was informed I could follow up for a week with the option I purchased (still over $70) . I only needed a referral so I didn’t see the need for any more than that. Apparently I was wrong.
Now my only hope is the support email, or to pay, and hope again.
Had I received the referral (especially since I had been told twice it wasn’t an issue) - this would have been an AMAZING experience - even after the first incident of not receiving it, as by the second visit, I felt like FOR SURE it was taken care of. To the point of telling my husband this service would be great for our grown children. I felt that confident and secure.
If you need something similar - make sure you either buy the monthly subscription or you have the time and diligence to continually follow through until you receive it.
UPDATED 07/23/2025 - BEWARE: I have attempted to contact support 4 times now and also contacted them K Heath via the App. NO RESPONSE. This is starting to feel like a scam.

I was told getting my medical records would allow me to get a prescription renewed so I went through getting them sent over. I had to schedule a 2nd appointment afterwards to be told the records weren’t enough and I had more steps to do to get the prescription renewed. I’ll just go to an actual doctor from now on.

I liked experience but room for improvement
I liked experience, but wished I could do virtual call with provider versus text my medical needs. I originally texted with virtual chatbot and then when provider came on had to repeat entire process again. Would have been easy to do virtual meeting with provider to explain my medical issue. Thank you. Still worked, but a bit cumbersome

The doctor only prescribed 5 days of the antibiotic. The recommendation is 7-14 days Now i am having to go to an urgent care pay more money for the same problem 6 days after my K health visit. In adequate medical care I wonder how much K Health charged me. They did not provide this information up front eithet.

Overall my first visit I would give a 5. The provider I spoke with made me feel comfortable to share and ask questions. Labs were ordere. However when the results came back, i was under the impression that I would get to speak with the same provider I spoke with initially to ask questions about my results. I did not feel as comfortable to ask anything and it felt very rushed and none personable.
